Clearbrook Motels Wanaka

Comfortable, convenient and had all required amenities. Would have rated 10/10 if bathroom had shower cubicle and soap/shampoo holder. Also, staircase exposed to weather can be a safety hazard when it’s wet and windy.

We were disappointed to only have stayed one night. Comfy bed and pillows. Accessible shower with great water pressure. Great kitchen and laundry facilities in room. Really spacious space. Beautiful little brook running through the property. Construction going on next door, but we didn’t hear it in the morning.

Very comfortable room with balcony looking to the town and the mountains beyond.
Staff very helpful and supportive.
Centre of town only minutes away on foot.

This motel was the pick of our three locations whilst we visited the area over a 10 day period. The rooms were very well maintained clean neat had all the facilities needed especially for a small family and was within walking distance to the local Main Street of Wānaka. We would definitely stay here again if we visit this beautiful place which was probably the highlight of our trip.

I have nothing but good things to say. Cleanliness, condition, service, location (essentially right in town, less than three blocks to the lake), parking and overall comfort. I stayed with my 14 year old son for five nights in one of the units with a loft. We loved it! Also, the kitchen was well stocked, there’s a dishwasher, and there’s in-room washer and dryer.

I was not sure what to expect, but we were happy with our choice. When we arrived we upgraded to a one bedroom from a junior. The extra space was nice. A big plus - washer and dryer and soap provided. The location is also perfect for roaming rhe town on foot.

Great little motel for a night or two in Wanaka. Enjoyed the balcony and the washer with a separate dryer (i.e. not a combo style) was very much appreciated. Can easily walk to anything in town.

Hotel is well located within walking distance of all major central city restaurants, lakefront, Wanaka tree, etc.... AND rooms are really full-service apartments... include kitchen, living room, bathroom/laundry, separate bedroom... and you park & unload/load from your car parked in a space right outside your door. Extremely convenient.

Pleasantly surprised and really impressed by this place. Booked last minute for a 1 day/night stopover on Wanaka on our trip across New Zealand. Room was huge and clean, and although we weren’t there long enough to use them the washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen would be great for a longer stay. Basically furnished but very comfortable. Designated parking and nice location not even 10 minute walk to the lake front.

It has everything we need, there is wash and dryer at room, very convenient!room is big and clean, food for dining and shopping are close by. A beautiful place, great hotel.

Walking distance to downtown, this small motel had everything I needed. Comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, quiet at night, and in room laundry. Definitely worth the money.

Liked everything. From the washing machine and extraordinarly clean and powerful shower/tub to the comfortable couch and oberall cleanliness. Will book again!

We truly enjoyed this one-bedroom apartment. The rooms were immaculate! It has a comfortable living room with additional twin beds and a sofa and loveseat. The kitchen had all the basic cooking ware including a big toaster, and we made breakfast at home. The living room opened to a patio with a lovely Clearbrook running. It's in an excellent location within walking distance of Wanaka town where we found many dining choices and a large grocery store. Lake Wanaka was a 10-minute walk and a few minutes drive to the hiking tracks. The motel certainly has great management. Thank you, ClearBrook.

This motel was clean, a short walk to everything, and the amenities in the room were way better than what we were expecting.

We were actually abit gutted we didn’t make the most of our stay here, as we had only booked one night

We would certainly recommend this motel to anyone staying in Wanaka.

They were strict on the late check out but they were kind enough to grant us 30 min.
