Great location, perfect for our break.
Pros:

The sea view apartment was spacious and airy, equipped with everything we could need. It’s a lovely, easy walk into Coolum, where there are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can recommend!

The apartment where we were staying had such a beautiful view!

The view and closed to everything

Cons:

At night, there was an awful smell coming from the area where the washing machine was, but it was only at night. During the day, it wasn't bad.

Pros:

We loved everything about this place! It's well located with an astonishing view on the ocean. The property is very well maintained and the manager Grant is extremely nice. It is 10 minutes walk at the most from the main supervised beach, 15 minutes walk from Coles and with plenty of restaurants near by. If you want, you can drive to the property, park you car and do everything walking distance for the length of your trip! Bonus: my mum who is a maniac of cleaning couldn't find anything to reproach. It was very clean. Another amazing thing. The kitchen was equipped with all you can think about for cooking! It made me think the place is regularly occupied by the owners. It's not just a holiday rental. It feels like a home lent to friends!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Pandanus Coolum Beach and would definitely recommend it.
Pros:

We loved the fact that it was literally across the road from a beautiful beach, and close to all facilities. Grant the Manager, was friendly, helpful and made sure our visit was perfect.

There was nothing we were unhappy with

The Stairs and we got charged for using the second bathroom even though the door wasn't locked and that we didn't use the main bathroom only using the one bathroom but still got charged.

Good value
Pros:

Pandanus had a great pool, clean rooms and was a stress free place to stay. Check in, check out and everything in between was easy.

Cons:

The room was renovated but the windows, doors and window coverings needed replacing and were falling apart.

Pandanus is on 1st bay rather than Coolum Beach and the walk over to the swimming beach was 15 mins up and over a hill. This was especially taxing on our daughter.

Well appointed apartment. Nice pool. Good location.

Cons:

Very dissapointing ocean view. No privacy. Very noisy right in front of the pool and hearing all reception enquiries. Terrible internet. Filthy doonas in the cupboard.
