Decent family hotel.
Pros:

The staff was very nice they accommodated my requests immediately (change of room). It has access to the beach. The breakfast was good. Maceio is very safe.

Cons:

The first room that we were given was facing the city and there were trucks making noise from 2am - 9am. However I told the reception desk and immediately was given a different room facing the other side. The bathroom is a little bit dark and has a weird ceiling were you can see the sewage. The beach area of the hotel could be cleaned a little bit. One last thing I would suggest is to make water bottles free instead of charging clients for it. Or make water fountains more available.

Tivemos um contratempo com nosso primeiro quarto e tivemos que mudar de aposentos. A equipe do hotel é 5 estrelas fizeram de tudo pra nossa experiência ser memorável. Nosso agradecimento especial à Sarah, Guest Relations, que nos atendeu com maior simpatia do mundo. Destacamos o estúdio de pilates, a academia, as quadras de tênis e a piscina. Ficamos no quarto 507, no andar Bali, com vista lateral para o mar, a cama é extremamente confortável e o chuveiro é ótimo.
