Beautiful views, worth the hot tub upgrade. The staff is excellent. Breakfast offered literally anything you could want. We went at an off-season time (early March) and liked that it was less crowded. Restaurants in the area were mostly closed, but we did find a wonderful place right across the street called Bellavita (highly recommend). The ferry system to the other small towns was easy to navigate. The walk to Riva Del Garda was nice if the weather was good. Go to Limone for a day trip!

The hotel was gorgeous, directly on the water with a beautiful view, comfortable, and had incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. One of the most wonderful places we've ever stayed!

I checked in on the 19th late between 20:00 and 21:00 after a 10 hour drive, at about 22:00 I recognized the toilet seat was broken, without doubt the damage should have been noticed by the person who hopefully cleans the toilet whenever the rooms are cleaned and the room should have been blocked to avoid a situation like this, I was then transferred to another room smaller than the room I was originally given. Within the next hour I used the bathroom and discovered that the toilet flush system was defective and the water in the toilet kept running, when checking at the front desk the staff had already left for the night and I spent the night being disturbed by the running water in the bathroom. Needless to say I couldn't get the good night sleep I was hoping for. In addition to that outside the room near the elevator a storage cart with dirty laundry was placed which had a smell to it, also the hallway walls appeared damaged and dirty. When describing the issues the next morning to the front desk manager he responded with a mix of apology and excuses, but promised he would send me an email with a voucher for the next stay to make up for the inconvenience, that email never was received . I had stayed at the property multiple times before and in the past had a good experience but this certainly tells me there is a overall decline when it comes to attention to detail and quality. As a customer who was previously loyal I feel not valued and likely will not stay there again.
