Zimmer, Personal, Wellness Bereich und Massage

Cons:

Wellness nur eine Stunde? Viel zu wenig Zeit, um sich zu entspannen und das schöne Ambiente zu genießen.

Pros:

Wir haben von 12-16.10. in dem Hotel übernachtet. Unser Zimmer mit Seeblick und Terrasse mit Whirlpool war einfach fantastisch. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Es gibt auch Spa, aber wir sind nicht dazu gekommen. Das immer beheizte Whirlpool hat uns nach einem sportlichen Tag sehr gut getan. Immer frische Handtücher und gut gefüllter Minikühlschrank mit Getränken und Snacks. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben für unsere Gazellen E-Bikes alternative Anstellmöglichkeit bekommen. Die Mountainbikes kann man direkt im Hotel mit einer Aufhängevorrichtung parken. Alles sauber. Das Restaurant Aqua bietet verschiedene Menüs an. Wir haben das Testing Menü genommen. Es war geschmackvoll und sehr schön zubereitet. Von mir 5 Sterne! Das Auto haben wir auf einem Parkplatz in ca. 500m Entfernung für 10€/ Tag dauerparken können.

Ein toller Urlaub in Familie
Pros:

Traumhafte Lage direkt am Seeufer, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal und sehr sauberes Zimmer

Cons:

Die Lösung mit dem Hotel-Parkplatz in 650m Entfernung ist der einzige Schwachpunkt eines sonst perfekten Aufenthaltes gewesen.

Pros:

The main reason we chose this hotel was how it presented itself on Booking.com: a top on-site restaurant, open spaces and outdoor seating areas. This didn't match the reality. The terraces were only accessible in the spa area for an extra charge, and the restaurant was closed. We tried to cancel, but this was not accommodated. Instead, we were offered a paid upgrade. Even though it was reduced in price, we still ended up paying more for something that was advertised differently and had we known, we would have stayed in another hotel to enjoy the sun.

Apart from that, it’s a nice, modern building, and the room we ended up staying in was lovely.

Kann man ruhigen Gewissen weiter empfehlen
Pros:

Wir waren das erste Mal hier, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat, haben wir sofort für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht.
