Cons:

Un très bel établissement. Merci de nous avoir accueilli avec autant de gentillesse malgré notre retard. Le restaurant Aqua est excellent !
La chambre était super, avec une vue magnifique sur le lac!
Franchement un magnifique moment !

Cons:

L'hôtel mériterait un petit coup de rénovation sur les finitions. Mais c'est un détail car il demeure magnifique !

Vista stupenda sul lago. Upgrade gratuito con terrazza e vasca idromassaggio calda, davvero apprezzato. Camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione ottima. Staff gentile, professionale e sempre sorridente. Un soggiorno perfetto!

Pros:

Great service. Great rooms. Great view. What else to say?

Cons:

Please some cucumber, tomato and lettuce for bread for breakfast would improve an already good breakfast to great. Also a bit grumpy staff in breakfast.
