La struttura è molto centrale però troppo traffico di macchine all'uscita della struttura con qualche difficoltà a camminare in quanto pochi marciapiedi e attraversamenti pedonali.

Amazing location - close to the restaurants and bars (even off season), the sea; the staff was helpful & didn't disturb our privacy, clean, nice easy breakfast with free excelent coffee, royal experience. The receptionist lady told that there are just 2 hairdressing saloons in town, but she didn't mentioned, that it's owned by the same person - the celebrity stylist Carmelo Piria. I had the best beauty experience here! It's almost all things are close by foot.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn't work - it was blowing just very very hot air, what caused us a bad sleep. It seems that Calabrian hotels, when the high season is finished keeping the rooms hot.

Fantastic time in Scilla at U'Bais hotel. We were there with our teen girls for a small week. Amazing location right on the beach! All you need is located within a few min walking distance... seafood dining, pizza, best ice-cream, Chianalea (the old part of Scilla)...
The rooms we had were large, pitch dark when the blinds were closed, with a super comfy bed and the pressure in the showwe a bliss!. Nice touch with a cord on the balcony to dry our towels each day.
Great breakfast... selection and quality ( yaourt, pastries, juices, ham, cheese... you name it.
Dining wise in Scilla ... must try Il Pirata - ON TOP of the water, Grotta azzura facing the beach...try the fritele, arancino squid ink... and in Reggio, le Nasse... try it all...so fresh, classic yet creative
We can't return to relax and to eat...

Per me è un ritorno perché ho alloggiato qui altri anni. Ottima la colazione, vicino al mare e alla stazione. Il personale è gentile e disponibile a risolvere piccoli problemi che si verificano a volte in viaggio.

Struttura posizionata a due passi dal mare, nella vicinanza di stazione e parcheggio privato a pagamento. Condizioni interne della struttura nella media, pessimo servizio del personale, mai in grado di dare un’informazione e dall’atteggiamento costantemente poco rivolto al cliente. Servizio colazione pessimo con poca professionalità degli operatori. Buffet nella media.

La posizione della struttura a 2 passi dal lungomare di Scilla è già di per sé una splendida base di partenza , se poi aggiungiamo cortesia, gentilezza, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo abbiamo fatto il resto. Consigliatissimo !!!
