Pros:

Struttura molto datata, sembra essersi fermata a vent'anni fa. Camera giusta dal punto di vista delle dimensioni. Colazione un po' povera, ma passabile. Personale accogliente e premuroso. Posizione ottima, praticamente sul lungomare e vicino alla stazione di Scilla.

Cons:

Difficoltà a parcheggiare in strada, ma al nostro arrivo ci è stato proposto un parcheggio privato a pagamento; quindi, per chi volesse spendere 15 euro al giorno, il problema si risolve in un attimo.

Caro e non ne vale assolutamente.

La colazione e la posizione ottima

Cons:

Purtroppo ci è stata assegnata la camera numero 321 sita al terzo piano e non fornita di ascensore nonostante avessimo un bambino piccolo e avessimo un sacco di bagagli. La scalinata dal secondo piano alla camera è ripidissima e con scalini piccoli da essere molto pericolosa sopratutto nella discesa. La camera essendo a tetto chiaramente presentava un solaio molto basso da sbatterci ripetutamente la testa. La camera dispone di una veranda chiusa nella quale durante il temporale è entrata acqua bagnando i nostri panni tesi. La TV completamente fuori uso durante tutto il soggiorno e nonostante aver fatto presente i problemi non di cui sopra non sono stati assolutamente risolti.
