Pros:

- Die Größe des Zimmers war echt gut.
- Alle TV‘s mit Internetverbindung + Apps

Cons:

- Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität
- quasi keine Dämmung vorhanden (Starke Lärmbelästigung von der Straße + Sehr hellhörig von den Nachbarzimmern)
- Rauch zieht ins Zimmer wenn im Innenhof geraucht wird
- kaum Wasserdruck in der Dusche
- Sitzmöbel abgerockt
- leider kein freundliches Wort vom Personal
- miserables Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis

Das historische Gebäude. Zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Die Möblierung des Zimmers war sehr einfach und passt nicht zu dem historischen Ambiente.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war recht dürftig, der Kaffee dünn.
Fehlinformationen zu den Parkmöglichkeiten: weder an der Parkuhr noch auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz konnte man für 10 € / 24 Std. parken!
Keine Adresse für Autofahrer!

Historic inn conveniently located in the old town of Schwerin with a charming outdoor dining garden.
Pros:

This UNESCO heritage building, a former wine handler for the royal family, is now an inn and restaurant in the midst of the old town of Schwerin. The lovely outdoor covered dining garden was very pleasant and the food was good. The rooms were spacious.

38 Stufen zum Zimmer „Pfaffenteich“ ohne Aufzug
jedoch mit viel Radwanderergepäck.
1 Fernseher funktionierte nicht.

Lage sehr zentral, lecker Frühstück und großes Zimmer für den Preis super.

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig und laut in der Nacht. Parkplatz weit entfernt. Kommunikation vorab über Booking.com hat nicht funktioniert.

Gepflegtes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Gute Ausstattung, freundlicher Empfang! Zentral gelegen, in historischem Ambiente, mit einladendem Innenhof: Perfekt für einen Schwerin-Trip!

Cons:

Bei großer Hitze war im Dachgeschoss an Schlaf nicht zu denken: Ventilator statt Klimaanlage, der permanent 30 Grad anzeigte. Fenster öffnen war unmöglich, da in den Straßen um das Hotel bis in den frühen Morgen lautstarke Party angesagt war. Schade: Für Hitze und Lärm kann das Hotel nichts. Aber der Gast muss beides bei der Buchung bedenken.

Pros:

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön ausgestattet und die Lage ist wunderbar zentral.

Cons:

Im Treppenhaus hat es leider sehr unangenehm gerochen.
Was uns aber wirklich enttäuscht hat, was das Frühstück für 18€.
Von Angebot über Qualität war es wirklich sehr unterdurchschnittlich. Wir sind mit 5 Frauen gereist und waren sehr enttäuscht. Zum Glück gibt es in Schwerin an jeder Ecke ein schönes Kaffee. Dort haben wir für 15€ ein wunderbares Frühstück erhalten.

Beautiful historic wine bar & hotel
Pros:

Very friendly staff, super clean, squeaky clean, comfy room, historic building (restaurant & wine bar).

Cons:

Schwerin has cobblestone streets in the old part of town. You can't leave the window open because it's so noisy when cars drive by. No air con anywhere in Germany! Bring your fan and swimsuit.
