The people of White House Hotel were the most hospitable I have met in hotels in years. Firat wa very kind and friendly but also very professional and respectful. The owner of the hotel left a hand written welcoming letter in the room, which was a very nice gesture. Hasan was very helpful and ready to provide any thing needed. Unfortunately I was not able to get the names pf the lady who cleaned the room but her job was miraculous. The room always looked fresh and spotless. The breakfast was just what I needed to start the day and to keep me going through the whole afternoon. The location is within walking distance from the main attractions in SultanAhmed area. InshAllh I am visiting again with family members.

As a traveler with many years of experience, I can honestly say that traveling is one of the most important parts of my life. I have been using Booking.com for more than 20 years, and for me White House Hotel remains one of the very best hotels in the center of Istanbul.

The service is exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the bed linen and towels are impeccably clean, the reception team is outstanding, and the breakfasts are always delicious. The hotel also offers excellent transfer services from any airport or station directly to the hotel.

What makes this hotel truly special is the personal attention. The owner and senior management are always in contact with their guests and respond quickly whenever assistance is needed.

Over the years, I have stayed here myself and have also sent my parents, my sister, and other family members. My sister does not speak any foreign languages, yet the hotel staff helped her with everything and solved every issue she had. They recommended excellent excursions, suggested great restaurants and cafés, and were always ready to assist.

Most recently, my sister traveled with her daughter. Neither of them speaks English, but the hotel team met them at the airport, arranged their transfer, welcomed them with complimentary drinks, and made sure they felt comfortable from the very first moment.

They were even traveling with a cat, and the hotel accommodated the pet without any problems. The hospitality and kindness shown by the staff were truly remarkable.

I have absolutely no complaints—only gratitude and appreciation. White House Hotel combines professionalism, comfort, hospitality, and genuine care for its guests.

I sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Istanbul, and I very much hope that I will soon find the time to return and stay once again at White House Hotel Istanbul.

We had a wonderful stay at White House. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always went above and beyond to make our stay special. They kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which was greatly appreciated after our journey, and surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake to celebrate a special occasion. Those thoughtful gestures made our stay truly memorable.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, the location was perfect for exploring the area, and breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend White House to anyone visiting the area.

Incredibly warm welcome - hotel staff were wonderful! So friendly and welcoming and always happy to help. We travel a lot as a family and really was the best service we've had anywhere. Hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location - short walk to Blue Mosque/ Hagia Sophia / Grand Bazaar, but also felt tucked away and quiet. Rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. Wonderful hotel - highly recommend!

Un séjour absolument parfait, 10/10 !

L’emplacement est exceptionnel, à quelques pas de la Mosquée Bleue, de Sainte-Sophie, du palais de Topkapi et des principaux monuments du quartier de Sultanahmet. Tout se visite facilement à pied.

Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’une attention remarquables. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec des boissons de bienvenue, de délicates attentions et un mot manuscrit du propriétaire qui nous a particulièrement touchés. Nous avons également reçu un cadeau à notre départ, une attention très appréciée.

Nous avons eu la agréable surprise d’être surclassés gratuitement dans une magnifique chambre Deluxe, spacieuse, élégante et très confortable.

Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, varié et de grande qualité.

Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation.

Clean, friendly staff

The location was incredible and easy distance to everything. The best place to stay in Istanbul. I searched across over 15 hotels and I'm glad this is the one I selected. The owner Mr. Harun was exceptionally kind and hospitable. The personal touch was everything. My younger son was unwell and he was so helpful. The room decor was extremely pretty and the beds were very comfortable. Overall everything was perfect and this is my home in Istanbul from now on.

The owner personally greeted me, and I was served exquisite tea and refreshments before check-in. A handwritten welcome card was left in my room. Overall, the service was very attentive and I was very satisfied. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

We received a lovely reception and personal welcome by Harun and his staff. He offered us a special upgraded room with no extra charge. The location was excellent and convenient to key landmark sites. We enjoyed the buffet breakfasts served on the rooftop deck and were greeted and well taken care of by the staff. They even sent us off with special Turkish tea and delight treats as souvenirs making our stay most memorable! It was a pleasant experience, and we recommend this property to other travelers considering a visit to Istanbul.

This hotel is a really good location for exploring the historical old town of Istanbul as it is within easy walking distance of many of the city’s most famous attractions. In addition it is one of the most exceptional hotels that I have had the privilege to stay at. The attention that I have received as a guest has been second to none and I can have no reservation in highly recommending this hotel when staying at Istanbul. Definitely would repeat the experience as it was truly great and I felt like a special guest. Nothing can beat this experience which was truly memorable .

One of the Most Exceptional Hotel Experiences We’ve Ever Had in the World. We spent four days in the White House hotel and we found the service exceptional. We were given a warm welcome by Harun and welcomed with juice and sweets.
He was very polite and welcoming and made us feel right at home.
Our room was upgraded at no extra cost.
We were given a very detailed overview of different tours which we found very useful.
The room was extremely clean and well equipped.
We would highly recommend this hotel as it offers great location and brilliant value for money.
