White House Hotel Istanbul

Very convenient location in Sultanahmet. Clean. Excellent breakfast. This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and we will return next time. Allowed us a very early check in which was fantastic. We needed it after an early arrival at IST. Staff very polite and helpful

Tuvimos una excelente estadía en White House Hotel Istanbul y lo recomendaríamos sin dudar a cualquier persona que visite la ciudad.

Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo el personal nos hizo sentir genuinamente bienvenidos. Todos fueron increíblemente amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con recomendaciones, coordinación de transporte y cualquier consulta que tuvimos durante nuestra estancia. Su hospitalidad realmente marcó la diferencia y contribuyó a que nuestro viaje fuera aún más agradable.

El hotel es hermoso, muy limpio y excepcionalmente bien cuidado. Las habitaciones son cómodas, están bien equipadas y la ubicación es perfecta para recorrer las principales atracciones de Estambul, muchas de las cuales se encuentran a poca distancia caminando.

Un agradecimiento especial a la administración del hotel y a todo el equipo por su amabilidad y por hacer que nuestra estadía fuera tan memorable. Apreciamos especialmente el upgrade de habitación que nos otorgaron, un gesto muy considerado que hizo nuestra visita aún más especial.

Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí en un futuro viaje a Estambul.

Acest hotel este o mica bijuterie in care atentia la detalii si bunul gust sunt vizibile peste tot. Pozitionarea este perfecta, la 2 minute de mers pe jos de Sfanta Sofia, pe o straduta plina de restaurante foarte bune. Personalul este de o amabilitate rara, fantastica. Camera este mare, extrem de curata, cu mobilier nou foarte frumos si elegant, draperii si perdele armonios asortate cu mobilierul, covor persan pe jos (lucru foarte rar de gasit intr-un hotel!), baia are dotari first class (inclusiv cosmeticele sunt de o calitate net superioara altor hoteluri din lanturi mari - in baie am gasit 2 sticlute dragute cu apa de toaleta pentru femei😍). La venire am fost serviti cu suc de portocale proaspat, aranjat pe tavite frumos lucrate in stil turcesc, insotit de o mica vaza cu flori si o bucatica de rahat turcesc- poate suna prea “dulce”, dar eu apreciez extrem de mult astfel de detalii si modul elegant in care am fost serviti - denita grija si interes pentru clienti! Acelasi lucru s-a intamplat in a doua seara: am fost serviti cu ceai din partea casei, sus, pe terasa hotelului care ofera o priveliste deosebita asupra orasului. Modul in care a fost prezentat ceaiul a fost impresionat, o “reproducere” a unui fragment dintr-o poveste din 1001 de nopti. Minunat! Micul dejun este foarte bogat si totul este prezentat intr-un mod extrem de frumos, elegant si aranjat cu grija. Ce am apreciat extrem, extrem de mult a fost scrisoarea de bun venit a patronului hotelului, scrisa frumos de mana, descriind intr-un mod emotionant dorinta lor de a ne simti ca acasa. Si asa ne-am si simtit: ca acasa, dar un “acasa” in care cineva a avut tot timpul grija de noi in mod atent si consecvent. Da, recomand cu mare drag acest hotel. Pentru noi, White House Hotel in Istanbul va fi alegerea permanenta de acum inainte. Felicitari pentru tot ceea ce faceti pentru clienti si pentru atentia cu care o faceti si multe multumiri pentru felul in care ne-ati gazduit❤️

A gem. The hotel itself was lovely. Comfortable beds, fresh linen daily, an amazing waterfall shower and an excellent breakfast buffet. But what makes this sensational is the staff. From the welcoming owner to the front of house to the breakfast staff to the cleaners, all were charming, helpful and efficient. And we could see the new mosque and hagia sofia from the rooftop terrace. It felt individual and welcoming and was perfectly located for the main sites and the tram line.

Staff and service were excellent. Breakfast was outstanding. Location in old town was perfect.

Very central - extremely close to the centre and hustle and bustle of the city. Extremely warm host Hassan was great! It was a home away from home and getting a five star treatment from the start.

Excellent position at 5 mins from Sultanahmet, very helpful and friendly manager and staff. Good breakfast, clean rooms and cosy atmosphere.

Everyone was so helpful, it was clean and beautiful, and super location- can't beat it! Breakfast had a nice variety and excellent coffee maker for lattes etc. The welcome treats were a pleasant and welcoming surprise after a long journey.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at White House hotel on our first trip to Istanbul. It is a perfect location for a short walk to most of the main touring sites in the city and to many good restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The icing on the cake is the amazing rooftop terrace with a great view of Hagia Sophia, and where a terrific breakfast spread is served every morning. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Great place, great people, great location.

This hotel is OUTSTANDING! It is in a PERFECT location within minutes of MUST SEE attractions in Istanbul. The atmosphere is old world charm - you are greeted by the charming host Mr Cardirci - fresh orange juice and Turkish delight before you are shown to your room. The rooms are AMAZING! As someone described them - fit for a princess. This is a tranquil oasis in the crazy bustle of old Istanbul. Great value! Sparkling clean with 5 star beauty bathroom products. Once inside your own personal palace you don’t hear a whisper from the outside! The service is exceptional, the staff are well-trained, formally dressed in elegant white uniforms - they cater for every need graciously. The breakfasts on the roof terrace are the BEST! An endless table of exotic dishes to suit local and international tastes. I could have stayed there all day eating!
In addition, Mr Cardirci went above and beyond with an issue I had with Booking.com - he honoured a booking made for a different date - not only did he do me a favour, he upgraded me to the room you see on the website. He has the patience of a saint! ;)). I will always remember my stay in Istanbul because of the fantastic White House Hotel and the wonderful staff.
