Our stay at the White House Hotel in Istanbul was absolutely amazing!
From the warm welcome at check-in to the very last day, everything was perfect. The staff go above and beyond — always kind, attentive, and ready to help with a smile.
The breakfast is incredible, the rooms are super comfortable with top-quality bedding, and the shower and amenities are excellent. Every detail makes you feel cared for.
The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from Istanbul’s main attractions and very convenient for public transport.
We would give this hotel a 10 out of 10 without any doubt and would gladly stay here again!

We liked everything about the hotel. The location is right in the middle of the old city. Authentic room design. Room was very spacious and clean. Very nice terrace. Breakfast room was small and cozy, buffet has everything one might want. Extremely nice staff. Customer service on a very high level.

Generosity and attention to details by the staff were at a level that can only be experienced at a 5 star accomodation

E' in una posizione fantastica, a pochissimi passi da tutte le cose da vedere di Sultanahmet. Topkapi, Basilica Cisterna, Santa Sofia, Moschea Blus e Gran Bazar sono davvero a due passi. Gli impiegati dell'hotel sono tutti gentilissimi, la colazione è super ed è tutto è molto pulito. Ti senti molto coccolato. Sicuramente un posto in cui ritornare e consigliare.

We stayed at White House Hotel Istanbul for 4 nights. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very kind and welcoming and we were offered a welcome drink, which was a nice touch and made a good first impression.
The room was on the smaller side, but it was cozy, clean and warm, so overall comfortable for our stay. Halfway through our trip, the hotel owner kindly offered us a room upgrade, which we appreciated, although we decided to keep our original room.

Mr. Harun and his staff were very hospitable and accommodating to our requests. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Without fail, every time we met any of them, they would greet us with a big smile, no matter if it was 7am or 11pm.

The moment we stepped in, we were greeted with orange juice and sweet while waiting for the check-in process. During our checkout, we were given tea and cookie while waiting for our driver.

When our driver arrived, Harun himself helped carry our luggage and sent us off down the street. That level of dedication was greatly appreciated, though not necessary.

During our journey to the airport, we unfortunately forgot some items in the room, and he actually contacted the driver and had his staff deliver them to us midway.

I can’t stress enough how appreciative we are and how bad we felt. I would 100% recommend White House Hotel to everyone and will definitely stay here again when we visit Istanbul.

One more thing, visit their rooftop for an amazing view and free coffee/tea/milk 24/7

Amabilidad del personal y ubicación

Posizione perfetta, in una zona comodissima per visitare Istanbul a piedi. L’hotel è davvero molto bello, curato nei dettagli e con un’atmosfera accogliente. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e dotate di ogni comfort, non manca davvero nulla.

La colazione è stata una delle cose che abbiamo apprezzato di più: abbondante, varia e servita su una splendida terrazza con una vista meravigliosa, un modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata.

Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima, sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza. Anche lo staff è stato fantastico, molto cordiale e attento.

The staff was absolutely amazing and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the warm treatment with tea and baklava upon arrival to their constant kindness throughout our stay, everything was exceptional. One of the gentlemen even stayed outside with us to help with the language and waited until our driver arrived — a level of care and hospitality you don’t often find.

The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the staff’s dedication and genuine kindness. Exceptional service in every way. Highly recommended!

It was a realy nice stay , with a warm staff. There were even gifts and very welcoming solutions.
extra ordinary was a roomboy Tariq, who seems to had superhuman powers. Always happy and moving up from stairs faster then lift.

Nuestra estancia en el White House Hotel fue, sencillamente, perfecta de principio a fin. Desde el cálido recibimiento hasta el último detalle del check-out, el equipo de recepción nos hizo sentir como en casa, gestionando traslado hasta el nuevo aeropuerto (IST) y ofreciendo recomendaciones locales que marcaron la diferencia.Todo fue perfecto. Si buscas sentirte acogido en Estambul, este es el lugar. El personal no solo es amable, sino que se anticipa a tus necesidades, desde el check-in rápido hasta la ayuda con el transporte.
Lo mejor es empezar el día en su terraza: desayunar con vistas a los minaretes , disfrutando de fruta fresca y café turco, es una experiencia mágica. Además, la ubicación es estratégica para explorar Sultanahmet a pie o moverse en el tranvía T1. ¡Totalmente recomendable!
