The level of service is unsurpassed. You feel at home from checkin time to checkout. The entire staff needs to be congratulated on their pasión to serve others. Thank you for the extra touch. The full Turkish breakfast was amazing.

L'hôtel est extrêmement propre (j'en ai fait plusieurs mais celui-ci fait parti du plus propre !), le personnel est au petit soins et très attentifs à notre confort.
Le petit déjeuné est très bon et complet pour bien commencer la journée. La terrasse rooftop propose une belle vue sur la mosquée Sainte-Sophie. L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé dans le quartier piéton d'Istanbul, proche de tout les monuments.
Si je devais retourner à Istanbul, j'irais au White House Hôtel Istanbul sans hésiter !

スタッフの気遣いが大変良かった。チェックイン時にウエルカムドリンクとピンバッチを貰いました。チェエクアウト時もお土産を頂きました。またチェックイン時間前にも係わらず快くチェックインさせてもらい部屋へ案内して貰った。　朝食も充実おり、レストランスタッフが別で居てこの方も気配りが良かった。

위치가 정말 좋고 객실도 깨끗합니다. 프론트 데스크 매니저도 무척 친절하고 재밌는 분이고, 짐도 방까지 들어줍니다. 방에 들어오면 웰컴풍선과 장미꽃잎 장식으로 정성껏 반겨줍니다. 특히 칭찬할 것은 아침뷔페입니다. 정갈하고 신선한 재료와 맛이 단연 최고입니다. 이스탄불에 또 방문하게 되면 꼭 이 호텔로 오고싶네요!

Hotel wyjątkowy, a tą atmosferę tworzą ludzie, którzy tam pracują i właściciel. Są przemili, bardzo uprzejmi i gościnni. Goście mogą poczuć się bardzo zaopiekowani. Pyszne śniadania. Lokalizacja super, blisko do wszystkich atrakcji.
Jedyna taka mała uwaga do właściciela, w łazience nie ma miejsca na kosmetyczki, przydałoby się dołożyć małą szafkę.
Dziękujemy za miły prezent.

It is a pleasure to finally write a review for a property that is a true 10! The owner and staff understand the true meaning of customer service and welcoming guests. I dont recall a time when so many hotel staff made it a point to ensure we were enjoying the hotel. It reminded me that I shouldnt patronize chain hotels all the tine. Nice healthy breakfast too.

The greeting from Harun (the hotel manager) and his staff was excellent. They were so helpful - suggesting places to go and eat all very good.

Ολα ήταν τέλεια η τοποθεσία μέσα στο κέντρο η καθαριότητα το πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό και ο κύριος χαρούν πάντα εκεί πρόθυμος να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Το πρωινό επίσης πολύ καλό με ωραία θέα την αγία σοφία

Abbiamo soggiornato al White Hotel Istanbul ed è stata un’esperienza che porteremo davvero nel cuore: per noi vale molto più di 10, meriterebbe 20 stelle per il servizio straordinario!

Un grazie di cuore a Mr. Orcun e a tutto il meraviglioso staff: ci avete fatto sentire a casa, accolti e coccolati in ogni momento del soggiorno. È raro trovare un’attenzione così autentica e sincera, capace di farti sentire non un semplice ospite, ma parte di una famiglia.

Le camere erano pulitissime e dotate di ogni comfort, curate nei minimi dettagli per garantire un soggiorno perfetto.

La colazione è semplicemente eccezionale, preparata con cura e amore: ogni mattina era un piccolo momento di felicità. Inoltre, siamo stati aiutati con grande disponibilità nell’organizzazione di ristoranti e tour, sempre con consigli preziosi che hanno reso il nostro viaggio ancora più speciale.

Partiamo con il cuore pieno di gratitudine. Questo non è solo un hotel, è un luogo dove sentirsi davvero bene. Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente!
