The only comment I would make is about breakfast. We had to leave to go to the airport a few minutes before breakfast opened. Unlike many other places we have stayed, they did not have an option to provide a bagged breakfast for early departure

Gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Personal ist freundlich, das Hotel ist sauber und die Betten bequem. Die öffentliche Anbindung war gut - Straßenbahn vor der Tür, zur U-Bahn 7 Minuten.

Cons:

Die Umgebung ist gerade abends nicht sicher. Das Frühstück war leider nur ganz okay, kein Obst oder Gemüse und auch kein Wasser.

Looked up hotel online once we got into town and price was 1/2 of what we paid! Also we booked for internet and it was out which also meant the TV was out too- said comp. B’fast and we wanted just a croissant b4 we left for airport, lady was in b’fast room but slammed door on us and said she wasnt open yet- so NO b’fast either!!!!

The staff were cheery and spoke good English.

Cons:

It was in a shabby area and very close to a large prison. There was no restaurant or bar in the hotel. There were no bars or restaurants close by.
The shower was tiny.
Our room on the first night was ground floor, next to reception and the lift so we got no sleep. We asked to be moved and they made that happen but we then got a lower spec room with no fridge.

A functional first night in Naples after a late arrival flight.
Pros:

The room and facilities in the room were fine. We had delayed bags and the receptionist was very helpful. The included breakfast was fine.
