Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, possibilité de prendre le tramway juste en face pour se rendre en centre ville et proche aéroport.
Les chambres Deluxe sont agréables et décorées avec goût.
Le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel.

Les chambres Deluxe sont très belles et très confortables.
Très bon petit déjeuner.

Les nouvelles chambres sont très bien aménagées, jolies et confortables. la salle de bain très agréable et spacieuse.

Cons:

C'est en fait c'est plus de loin de l'aéroport qu'annoncé et le taxi est cher pour faire ces 4km! pas d'autres moyens de transport pour aller a l'aéroport a 5h du mat. Le réglage de la climatisation est resté un grand mystère, on a eu trop chaud pendant la nuit...

Późne śniadania, przy wcześniejszym wymeldowaniu przepada. Tłumaczenie obsługi, że śniadanie jest gratis to bardzo kiepskim wytłumaczeniem. Taka polityka firmy. Niesmak jednak pozostaje.

Great hotel out of the noisy city centre
Pros:

The location is close to the underground. Nice breakfast. Hotel has been renovated and looks glamorous.

Uma noite agradável e confortável.
Pros:

Apesar de fotos mais antigas, eles estão em processo de finalização de uma reforma com novos quartos. Tivemos a oportunidade de ficar no quarto novo e ele é super moderno, confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso.
A estadia foi de uma noite, mas muito agradável e relaxante, os funcionários sempre muito simpáticos principalmente a Joana que nos recebeu e com muita simpatia nos ajudou a nos instalar.

Localização, um pouco afastado do centro mas ótimo para uma noite.

La proximité de l’aéroport
Le petit déjeuner copieux.
Personnel parlant français et serviable

Cons:

Chambre désuète avec tables de nuits poussiéreuses. Douche toute petite.
Le nécessaire de toilette est ce qu’il devait rester du client précédent car l’emballage du savon était déjà ouvert et le shampoing à moitié vide.
Pas d’accès au wifi car visiblement la chambre était trop loin de la box

Dans la chambre triple il y avait un lit d’appoint il y avait un téléphone il était au-dessus de la tête de mon fils avec une lumière verte allume toute la nuit très gênante
