A good option for a safe charming budget option.
Pros:

Excellent staff- very responsive. Quiet neighborhood. Superb restaurant called Inja at hotel, very unique. Fair pricing for rooms. Felt very safe.

Cons:

Far from city center. The hotel was just a bit short on the cool mid century vibe-slightly dingy. Breakfast at the onsite breakfast.

Pros:

Das Haus ist ein kleines, hübsches, fast schon elegantes Hotel, gut geeignet für einen Einstieg für Europäer in Indien. Die Zimmer sind modern, komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten und eine professionelle und freundliche Leitung und gutes Personal. Das japanische Restaurant ist etwas zu teuer, das französische Café hat ein hervorragendes Angebot von Vormittags bis spät. Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, aber gut. Es gibt genügend Alternativen für europäischen Geschmack.

Cons:

Die Lage in der Gated Community sorgt für eine sicheres Gefühl, allerdings ist es unmöglich ohne Taxi, Uber oder Fahrer zu den interessanten Punkten in Dehli zu kommen. Es liegt ganz gut auf dem Weg vom Flughafen in die Stadt, doch auch in der weiteren Umgebung es keine Möglichkeiten essen oder einfach spazieren zu gehen.

Old tired rooms, in an old tired hotel !
Pros:

good breakfast by a independent restaurateur , not linked to hotel or by the hotel.

Cons:

Old tired rooms, in an old tired hotel , with disinterested stafff. some had peeling paint and mould. its took 4 room changes to finally find a room we could stay in.
If you are senstive to noise train noise is continuous. not mentioned any where.
Old dried flowers on the table that had not been changed in weeks.
The only drink you can get is at the 1 external restaurant on the property. and its closed on tuesdays.
Location only good if you work in South Delhi.
At 18,000 a night the price of a 5 star full facility hotel , this fell well short. Boutique hotels typically make up in charm for they dont have in facilities, but htis was just sub standard. Staff memeber named Prince checked us in at 7 pm, by which time all other staff had left so he had no access to change for a 500 rupee note , he had no people skills whatsoever and just wanted to secure the payment before anything else.
The other staff member named Deep was most polite , upbeat and helpful.
