Great stop over spot
Pros:

Overall property was as expected. Rooms were clean and well maintained. It’s nice to park in front of the room. We were moving across the country and liked having our packed car close by.

we didn’t stay the night.
Pros:

we were very unhappy with the room that was provided. door latch was broken and the TV was not working properly. we left to stay at a different hotel

I was expecting it not being a 5 star but was expecting a clean room.
Pros:

The proximity to where we were going and the check in clerk was very helpful.

Cons:

It was dirty, the entrance door and door handle were dirty inside side. and the shower floor, and shower head and the toilet bowl.

Staff were rude, no assistance whatsoever. Disappointed
Cons:

The pool was advertised but it wasn’t available. The ac did not work understood they were booked. Asked for more towels and sheets and was denied. You can tell they don’t clean often but needed a place to stay. I decided to cut my visit short and stay in my truck with my family it was too hot in the room for my young boys.
