La comodidad y servicio excepcional por parte de todo el personal. La habitación muy limpia, con todo accesible para descansar muy a gusto.

Cons:

Es un hotel de lujo, por tanto, la tarifa es alta, sin embargo, aunado a eso hay que pagar $75 de estacionamiento que me parece ya debería estar incluído en la tarifa del hotel..el bufette de alimentos para el desayuno es rico, pero no muy variado e igual, está en $410, lo considero muy por arriba del valor habitual de un bufette de desayuno.

Aceptable por el precio y la ubicación
Pros:

No desayunamos ahí. La ubicación bien.

Cons:

La alberca muy pequeña. No tiene jardines. No hay personal que vigilexque no se metan con camiseta a la alberca. La habitación muy ruidosa por las motos que pasan por la avenida . Principalmente en la madrugada. No dejan dormir.

buen hotel para llegar 1 o dos noches la ubicación excelente, calidad precio super bien

las cama que me toco se movía mas que una cama de agua, las almohadas estaban de terror rellenadas yo creo que a mano por el mismo personal, y las duchas yo creo quema podrían mejorarlas un poco

Ubicación.

Cons:

La habitación olía a viejo, las alfombras manchadas daban asco, la de la habitación que nos toco, y muy mala iluminación, en general se siente muy viejo y huele viejo. No se si todas las habitaciones pero las que nos toco horrible. Lo unico bonito es el balcón que tiene la habitacion.

Todo limpio, el personal atento.

Cons:

Mi habitación tenía un fallo en la puerta y luego no cerraba bien, la primer tarjeta para entrar falló y tuve que cambiarla. La ubicación es buena si vas en auto, para ir al oxxo o plaza de enfrente debes caminar algo y si hay mucho sol es mortal. El precio por el buffet me pareció alto para lo que se ofrecía.

excelente ubicación, pero le falta mantenimiento al hotel

la ubicación es excelente para el tipo de viaje que hicimos, un lugar muy seguro, altamente recomendable

Cons:

las habitaciones están muy descuidadas, las persianas rotas, la alfombra sin aspirar, las toallas muy viejas y hasta grises en lugar de blancas, el nombre del hotel es muy bueno y la calidad bajó mucho.
