Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta por las actividades que queríamos realizar. El cuarto estaba grande, confortable y cumplió con lo que necesitábamos. El personal estuvo al pendiente y muy amable.

Cons:

el estacionamiento se paga a parte, en el gymnasio no había agua ni toallas.

SOLO LA HUBICACION ES BUENA, TODO LO DEMAS ES PÉSIMO.

Cons:

LAS INSTALACIONES EN MUY MAL ESTADO, LA HABITACION HUELE MAL, ESTA SUCIA, PERO NO POCO, BASTANTE SUCIA Y ADEMAS SILLONES ROTOS Y EL AGUA CALIENTE DE LA REGADERA TARDA 10 MINUTOS EN SALIR.

La ubicación es buena, y el personal respondio a todas mis preguntas.

Cons:

No me gusto el ruido que se escucha en la habitación, no deja descansar y sin ganas de escuchar a los demás cuartos. No estaba mi cama destendida cuando llegue por la tarde/noche.

MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA

Las condiciones de la habitación fueron PÉSIMAS, sábans sucias, sillón roto, y manchado, baño sucio, cortina inservible, alfombra sucia (sin barrer).
Pedimos un cambio de cuarto, el siguiente cuarto estaba mejor, pero la alfombra estaba también sucia ,las cortinas no servían, la ventana no cierra y se escucha todo el viento y la calle, etc... PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA, a pesar de haberme quedado varias veces con ellos, después de esta vez tristemente no voy a volver.
Ojalá mejoren...

Excelente lugar para hospedarse en Puebla
Pros:

Me encantó hospedarme en este hotel en Puebla. Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal fue increíblemente amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. La ubicación es perfecta: cercana a los principales atractivos turísticos, con fácil acceso y en una zona segura y tranquila.
El internet funcionó de maravilla durante toda mi estancia, lo cual fue ideal para trabajar y mantenerme conectada. Sin duda, volveré. La experiencia fue cómoda, cálida y muy satisfactoria. Lo recomiendo ampliamente para quienes buscan una buena estancia en Puebla.
