Buen lugar para descansar, tiene oportunidades de mejora.
Pros:

La habitación es cómoda, espaciosa. La cama permite buen descanso, se observa limpia y bien distribuida. Requieren mejorar la limpieza de los vidrios de la habitación.

Cons:

El baño. Falta de Mantenimiento en general, la persiana estaba dañada, se observaba falta de mtto en inodoro y regadera. Solo tenían una toalla cuando la habitación era para dos personas. Solo ponen un rollo de papel y a la mitad. Llegar a la habitación es difícil, pasillos, dos elevadores, etc. pierde el encanto del hotel la ubicación de las habitaciones.

Mala experiencia
Pros:

Que cambiaran de habitación por intentar mejorar aunque tampoco estaba al 100.

Cons:

No me gustó que mi habitación oliera a cañería y tuviera insectos incluida una cucaracha en la pared. La luz de la habitación a la que me cambiaron no funcionaba, el wc demasiado incómodo.

La alberca climatizada está muy bien, el confort y la limpieza son muy buenos

Cons:

El servicio de toallas para la alberca es deficiente, no atienden las peticiones del cliente pronto, y el restaurante es muy costoso, les aconsejaría que consideren mejorar sus precios.
