Too fancy for an everyday gal like me.

The hotel was clean. At a good location.

Cons:

Parking was a fee and I wasn't expecting to allow a valet driver to park my car and have to wait for it again if I needed to leave the hotel. This should be stated somewhere ahead of time. I wouldn't have rented the room with them. To me the valet was too much. The room bath tub plug didn't work. The hotel rooms are behind an inside restaurant and the it was a long way to get to the elevator. The place had the feeling of being too fancy for my one night stay.

La las alfombras muy sucias una de las habitaciones que renté ni siquiera le hicieron el aseo las cortinas muy sucias sus ventanas muy sucias el personal del ballet parking parece que hace favor en entregar los autos con una cara de pocos amigos sobre todo el peloncito sus puertas del baño parecen sarcófagos rechinan feo sus espejos
manuales no sirven espero que le pongan atención la próxima visita va a ser para ver si ya pusieron atención a su a sus servicios que venden

la vista a la ciudad de ahi en fuera no ofrece mucho el hotel, quede un poco desepcionada por la calidad que tiene ya que es de cadena alta

Se recomienda, todo muy bien y muy buena ubicación.
Pros:

Las camas son muy cómodas y se agradece la limpieza, para mí es lo más importante. El servicio 10/10 y la atención también.

Cons:

La vez pasada me quede en el ala que está más cerca del comedor y súper bien. Esta vez me pasaron una habitación hacia el otro lado donde mi ventana daba a la calle y si había mucho ruido en las noches de las motos y autos que pasaban. Eso no me gustó.

Todo en general estuvo muy bien.
La alberca muy bien y las habitaciones y comida también.

Cons:

Que la cama estaba un poco chueca (como las patas mal y se iba un poco de lado, pero era muy cómoda).
El gimnasio estaba muy básico!

La ubicación porque me quedaba cerca de donde iba a mi evento

Las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento, las alfombras se ven y se sienten sucias y las cortinas tienen ya espacios con hoyos, en la regadera falta una repisa donde uno pueda poner sus cosas, las tienes q poner en el suelo

Buen lugar para descansar, tiene oportunidades de mejora.
Pros:

La habitación es cómoda, espaciosa. La cama permite buen descanso, se observa limpia y bien distribuida. Requieren mejorar la limpieza de los vidrios de la habitación.

Cons:

El baño. Falta de Mantenimiento en general, la persiana estaba dañada, se observaba falta de mtto en inodoro y regadera. Solo tenían una toalla cuando la habitación era para dos personas. Solo ponen un rollo de papel y a la mitad. Llegar a la habitación es difícil, pasillos, dos elevadores, etc. pierde el encanto del hotel la ubicación de las habitaciones.
