This hotel has its reception several floors up in an office building. There's no proper lounge area.
Rooms are small so doubles have bed pushed up against the wall. If there's two of you you have to climb over your partner to get out of bed should you need the bathroom in the middle of the night. We upgraded to a twin room but the cost was ridiculous. Could have got a mich better hotel for what paid. The hotel is 3 star and breakfast is not great. The staff are under pressure as the restaurant gets busy and they continually run out of items! Only fruit was cut up orange. They ran out of honey and it was not replaced the next day. Coffee was awful. Really disappointed.
Japanese breakfast was delicious
We liked this hotel as it was walking distance from the malls, Peace Memorial area, ferry to Miyajima. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Room were clean had all we needed.
Small and clean hotel with great service and a great location. Walking distance to many sightseeing spots, restaurants and shops.
The location is convenient and quiet.
Good rooms. A Moderate Double Room - Small but just big enough to find space for 2 cases, and also had 2 easy chairs and a small table. Comfy bed and pillows.
Breakfast looked like a good selection but limited hot food available. Certainly limited if you're after a western style breakfast, but you are in Japan!
Good location just opposite the station. There's a covered walkway from the station upper level, across the road to 50m from the hotel, and a 7-11 next door
Very convenient location. Staff is nice. Breakfast was delicious. The room was nice and spacious.
We have just had a couple of nights here and all was ok.
We arrived very early in the morning so they were quite happy to store our luggage until check in time of 2pm.
Not to great a distance to walk to the Hondori shopping St which is fully covered so great in the summer to keep the hot sun off and good in winter to keep you dry.
If you don’t want to walk there is a tram stop not far from the hotel.
You are on the main road so plenty of great shops about.
Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was good.
Free wifi worked well and the staff were friendly.
We didn’t need the room cleaned while there but we did get a change of towels.
Even though it was supposed to be a smoke free room there was the slightest smell of smoke in the room every now and then.
All up a fair enough place to stay when in Hiroshima.
Good service & the location is good.
The hotel was very nice and the room was very spacious. However the bed was extremely hard and I had trouble sleeping though my husband liked the bed so i guess its preferences.
Convenient location for the Peace Memorial Park and its vicinity and if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Hiroshima station. The hotel had a nice simple choice of Japanese/mix of Japanese and western/western style breakfasts. The room was a comfortable size and our young family (10 & 5) slept very well and the bathroom was fine, we had a bath every night and quite liked the shampoo and conditioner. WiFi worked well and it was very easy to arrange for a taxi through the reception staff (it's around 10-15 minutes to Hiroshima station). I would recommend the hotel for a family and we stayed in "Hollywood" twin room.
Neat and clean hotel with spacious room located near 14 mins walk from the dome. Breakfast was below par, as it was not a buffet
This felt like a very average hotel.
You only get 1 pillow per person and it isn't comfortable.
On check in you check in as usual at the counter. Then they send you to a machine to do it all over again to get your room card. It just seems like a pointless exercise.
The room was a small but fair size for what we have had in Japan.
We didnt receive bottles of water daily which we have done at other hotels. There were 2 in there on arrival but these were never restocked.
Location wise it is good as it is surrounded by small shops like 7/11 and is only a 15 minute walk from the dome and peace park.
Overall this hotel was okay, while it didnt do anything for me to insist on coming back it also didnt do anything to put me off aswell.
Late check out was available from 2pm at a price of 3000 Yen.
I've given this as 3* as it says average, which is what it is. There's nothing particularly wrong - just this isn't amazing
We stayed at this hotel for one night in May, 2025. The room was spacious, by Japanese standards, but it had insufficient space for our luggage. There was a kettle, but no coffee. The bed was in a corner and was not large enough for two people, although it was meant to be double. The bathroom had barely enough space for two people and it was difficult to move around. The breakfast room was very small and constricted. The breakfast was the worst we have ever experienced in many years of travelling. It was meant to be "Western Breakfast" but hardly different from the "Asian" one on offer. We were given a terrible spoonful of what was supposed to be scrambled eggs, two very tiny sausages, a small offering of tiny bits of "lettuce", a teaspoonful of something mushy, a cup of green tea, a little jam and some juice and a bread roll. Barely enough to feed a kitten. We were served this "breakfast", and were not allowed any more (nor would we have wanted any more of that rubbish). Needless to say we did not eat it, apart from the bread.
Omg - this is by far one of the best hotels we have stayed at! Well spaced out rooms, super great views, such an amazing washroom, comfortable beds, open spaces, central location and easily navigable. Good breakfast too! Wish we would have stayed longer!
Spent one night here during a tour of Japan. Had a smallish room with only hanging shelf and room for 1 suitcase. Bath towels were the best of our trip. Had a security elevator--had to use your key to operate it. Room had a lack of electric outlets. No tea bags. VERY hard mattress and pillows. Breakfast was served to you in their cafe. You had a choice of a Western or Asia one. Neither were very good.
Our only minor complaint was the room had a slight smell of old stale cigarette smoke. Everything else was great and I would stay here again.
Close to restaurants and memorial
Hard beds - very average hotel
Excellent!
