La volontà c'è, ma c'è molto da migliorare.
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per esigenze familiari,ma sinceramente non ci tornerei. La posizione è buona per chi a piedi vuole andare verso il centro. L'unica cosa buona della colazione è che le bevande calde (effettivamente buone) vengono servite su richiesta al momento. Tutti i giorni fanno le pulizie, quindi almeno i letti sono rifatti, il bagno rifornito e gli asciugamani puliti. Il personale è stato disponibile e cortese.

Cons:

La struttura è datata, necessita una rimodernata e una ripulita profonda. Al nostro arrivo, alla reception c'era una forte puzza di fumo. Anche in camera da letto appena entrati abbiamo sentito un odore non molto piacevole. Abbiamo capito poi che erano le tende che avevano quell'odore stantio. Le tende erano anche sporche e le pareti non molto pulite. La colazione poi veramente risicata, io avendo un bambino suggerirei di fornire qualche prodotto in più per i bambini, oltre ai biscotti bianchi a forma di margherita non c'era altro (non so mettete dei plumcake anche confezionati, dei biscotti "pan di stelle"). Il tavolo della colazione molto disordinato e spesso non ho trovato un tavolo pulito in tempo per potermi sedere a fare colazione. Una volta l'ho fatto presente a chi gestiva la sala colazione ma le altre due volte no, anche perché secondo me è scontato pagare il servizio colazione e trovare i tavoli in sala puliti. Un'altra pecca importante di questo hotel è l'insonorizzazione. Dovrebbero anche fare attenzione al tipo di clientela che accolgono, una sera era oltre mezzanotte e dei ragazzi nella camera al piano di sopra hanno messo la musica ad altissimo volume, tanto da costringermi a informare il receptionist dell'accaduto. Il rapporto qualità- prezzo è sbilanciato, troppo caro per il servizio che offrono.

Good hotel overall.
Pros:

The hotel is not a modern one. There needs to be some refurbishment especially to the bathrooms but overall it was fine. Staff was friendly too.

Cons:

Lots of garbage bins next to the hotel. A bit of smelly odour was coming out, not ideal to leave the balcony door open

A truly disappointing stay that did not meet even minimum standards.

This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve had during our travels. The reception staff spoke little to no English, making communication very difficult. The parking garage looked neglected and unsafe. The room was dark, the bedspread appeared unwashed, and the windows clearly had not been cleaned in a very long time. The shower cabin was extremely small, and there were cigarette butts left on the terrace. Breakfast was especially disappointing — although served until 10:00 AM, when we arrived at 8:45 there was almost nothing left except a few apples, stale croissants, and some yogurts. Overall, a very poor experience that we would not recommend.
