Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación y el precio, la atención del personal muy amable, la limpieza estuvo muy bien, aunque deben revisar que todo funcione correctamente.

Cons:

Lamentablemente un tema ajeno al hotel, me hospede la noche de un sábado y el domingo a las 6am sonaban las campanadas cada 15min a un lado del lugar ya que se encuentra contigua a la catedral

Que no atienden las peticiones especiales, si uno puntualizar que se hospeda por trabajo obviamente ocupa conexión a Internet y no hay buen Internet en todo el hotel únicamente hay buena conexión en recepción, o en el piso 4 y solo en el pasillo y ni que hablar en el piso 9 qué no hay la mínima señal y no me quisieron cambiar de habitación aun y cuando pedí estar donde tuvieran mejor conexión y si solicitas una devolución dicen que ellos no se hacen cargo de eso que lo debemos solicitar directo a la aplicación donde hicimos la reserva. Mal muy mala experiencia tuve que andar con mk computadora por los pasillos buscando señal de Internet y mas los controles de televisión sin pilas y solicitas en recepción y no tienen.. una mala experiencia si van por trabajo.
