Staff seemed miserable very unhelpful didn’t know what she was doing and kept having to call for help. Very rude as well. Curtains in room were ripped up, room smelled horribly fishy… glade plugins in the walls and dryer sheets were shoved into vents trying to mask the smell.

The parking was a little to tight for big trucks
Property is conveniently located, and parking well-lighted. Inside is clean, elevators worked well. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Electric plugs in the bedside lamp were convenient. Room came with a mini-fridge. Great water pressure in the shower.
Bathroom mirror lighting was bad. The towels were tiny and thin. The shower curtain was thin and didn’t stop the water from pooling on the floor. Weird noisy feedback from the alarm clock radio so I just unplugged it. First night, I seemed to be booked next to every other person in the hotel, who all seemed to be noisy teens running and screaming up and down the hall.
Refrigerator freezer was completely full of solid ice!! So fridge part was drippy water and not cold at all!
Room was nice and clean, reasonably priced.
Didn't have a king room like I booked.

Noticed there were no trash cans outdoors but not a breaking point.

Breakfast was barely there. Coffee was good and hot. Waffle fine. Not much else offered. Bed was comfortable. They builiding is being repaired but was not a problem
The volume on the TV could not be adjusted.
The breakfast was great, and the location of the hotel near the mineral Wells State Park was perfect. It was a quiet hotel and actually the room was quite spacious for my family
Location
Charged me $20 dollars per dog per night. My two night stay with two little dogs cost an additional $80.00.

Didn't eat room was dirty didn't trust food would be handled properly.
Bed spread had multiple stains carpet stained throughout room and hallways.
