Soggiorno in dependance purtroppo deludente.
Premetto che non abbiamo soggiornato direttamente nell’Hotel Boston, ma nella dependance situata accanto alla struttura.
Durante la notte faceva freschetto e non ci è stata data la possibilità di utilizzare l’aria calda. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni alla reception, ma ci è stato risposto che non era possibile attivarla.

Inoltre, il bagno aveva una finestra che non si poteva aprire, mancava il phon e in camera non era presente un telefono per poter contattare la reception in caso di necessità.

La cosa più scomoda è stata che, spegnendo la luce, si spegneva automaticamente anche la TV, rendendo il soggiorno poco confortevole.

Nel complesso, considerando il servizio ricevuto nella dependance, ci aspettavamo sicuramente maggiore attenzione e comfort.

Siamo stati benissimo e spero ci ritorneremo ancora .
Pros:

Buonasera , mi è piaciuta la stanza , il bagno (bellissima doccia) , abbiamo avuto un po' freddo la notte , ma risolto con le coperte disponibili . Quindi ottimo servizio . Ottimo anche il servizio del parcheggio nei pressi dell'hotel , il personale alla reception molto gentili e disponibili . Poi Montecatini è abbastanza bene posizionata e abbiamo visitato molte città (Pistoia , Pisa , Viareggio , Firenze , Lucca e la stessa Montecatini , Firenze(con ieri quarta volta) e Montecatini(2volte , alloggiato per il Lucca Comics, non nel vostro hotel però , che non conoscevamo ) ci eravamo già stati Grazie.

Cons:

Le persone della stanza adiacente (non ricordo il numero forse 266), noi avevamo la 264 . Parlavano ad alta voce oltre la mezzanotte e entravano e uscivano in continuazione sbattendo la porta e uscendo anche molto presto (stamattina alle 4 , svegliandoci sempre con il loro parlare alto ) ma ripeto , questo non era un problema dell'hotel , ma bensì dell'educazione e il buon senso delle persone . Quindi non è riferibile all'hotel , dove spero di ritornarci ancora .
