Safety concerns
Pros:

I stayed here with a friend recently. When we arrived we were given a double room instead of a twin. We were then given another double room and again asked for a twin. Two days in at 11pm a man walked in to our room, another guest i believed he apologised and left. Ten minute later a male staff member barges into our room demanding that we prove that we have booked out stay. I was sat on my bed in my underwear. I covered my self best I could and he stood there right next to me. Not even at the door while my friend tried to find the email confirmation. Why would anyone do that? He was the shorter out of the 2 male staff with grey hair. The hotel and other staff are really nice however if you are staying on your own then I absolutely wouldn't stay here. Its really concerning that this man felt this was appropriate action at 11.15 pm whilst I was barley dressed. Not only was it inappropriate but he was rude. The hotel had made the mistake and at most a phone call to visit reception should have happened not an invasion of privacy and intimidation by a male who we had never even seen before. This was a scary experience.

di sicuro la posizione, vicino alla stazione, il personale cortese, l'ingresso con questa sala molto grande con divanetti accoglienti, davvero un buon bigliettino da visita... a guardarlo ti alza molto le aspettative di un 4 stelle ****

la colazione non entusiasma, il minimo indispensabile, ma di sicuro cornetti e ciambelle non erano freschissime. qualche affettato, 2 tipi di formaggio e pane da tostare.

Cons:

considerando che ho preso una matrimonale superior ed è classificato come un 4 stelle ****, mi aspettavo molto di più.
un matrimoniale con spalliera in stoffa...iginica pari a 0, magari negli anni 80 andava forte...
un comodino, scrivania, e armadio che non ho utilizzato, ma erano abbastanza impolverati internamente...
polvere sotto il letto...
formichine innocue, per carità, ma che ogni tanto se ne vedeva qualcuna uscire ed entrare da sotto i battiscopa in legno...

su booking, leggevo tra i servizi offerti nella camera superior la voce "prodotti da bagno in omaggio" e quali sarebbero? due cuffie per i capelli? poi ho trovato asciugamani e penso sia d'obbligo, e 2 dispenser fissi al muro uno per la doccia e uno per il lavandino. la doccia era larga, peccato che a fine doccia, mi vedevo costretto a mettere un'asciugamano a terra perchè perdeva acqua all'esterno...

tutto in linea con un 4 stelle? **** o forse sono relative soltanto all'ingresso?? di sicuro non ci ritornerei, se vado in un 4 stelle mi aspetto di più.
