The setting and were is located. Great place. The staff is great and tried to solve any situation and be helpful, and they did it every time.
The pools were not always 100 clean. Dinner area too crowded for certain hours.

There aren’t drinks without alcohol like mocktails for adults
It was a great stay. Ambience and service was good. Accomodation for my grandmother and her wheelchair was unexpected and deserves many thanks. Request for towels was only heard and not acted upon. Standardization for what goes where after a cleaning left me wondering "why did they put that there." The value and experience of my stay is well worth coming back overall.
La verdad no es tan extraordinario pero bien.
El precio es muy exagerado y los snack son salchipapa y hot dog y solo hay dos tipos de jugos durante el día.
La habitación con vista al mar.
Los snacks de media mañana y media tarde son muy limitados. La misma comida siempre. Creo que si se puede ser más creativo. Los restaurantes temáticos tienen buena comida sin embargo podrían estar decorados, con música acorde a la temática. En el bar principal había que hacer mucha cola para tener las bebidas.
La atención pésima, el primer día no nos acompañaron a la habitación, la comida terrible, en el agua nos salió un pelo y un moco

La propuesta gastronómica era muy sencilla la comida no era rica pero sí abundante lo único rescatable fue siempre el ceviche que lo racionaban al extremo, la aptitud del personal de servicio no era amable ni cálida la mayor parte del tiempo estaban con mala cara y por lo general cuando servicio solicitaba algo decían que lo vaya a tomar por su propia cuenta aunque cabe recalcar que el capitán Hamiltom fue el único que se portó de manera cálida en el restaurante
Un lugar hermoso e infrastructura excelente - buena variedad en el buffet
No recomiendo ir en feriado. Hay demasiada gente y el hotel no está preparado para recibir esa cantidad de visitantes. Personal se ve cansado y estresado muy pocos te logran atender con amabilidad no se si por sobresaturación en sus labores . A la llegada hubo una fuerte discusión con gente tratando mal al personal porque aparentemente los habían dejado esperando. Luego nos enteramos que son los que tienen membresía aparentemente se sienten dueños . La infraestructura buena pero las habitaciones ya necesitan una remodelación. Y por favor deben retirar el agua tesalia :) . Las bebidas aceptables aunque prepárense para hacer largas filas en horas picos . Si te atrasaste al almuerzo o cena en el buffet prepárate q encontrar las sobras y no hay platos . Los chicos de la animación excelentes nos hicieron pasar un buen rato . Es bastante difícil conseguir reservas para los restaurantes temáticos . Tienes que madrugar a reservar pero por alguna razón siempre estaba lleno

La calidad del Wifi un poco baja, en cuanto a las bebidas deberían incluir bebidas internacionales ya que Decameron as a nivel internacional y más variedad en la comida.
