Pros:

駅からまっすぐ、わかりやすい場所にあった。
朝食は大分名物が何品かあり、美味しかった。
一階にコンビニがあり、買い出しに便利だった。
清潔感がある部屋だった。

繁華街まで近い
駐車場が近く、駐車場管理者がとても親切

Cons:

・テーブルのコンセントが部屋の説明書(パウチ)がその前に置かれてたので見つけるのに少し時間を要した。
・加湿の水が最初から入ってたけど、「いつの？」って少し考えてしまったので自分で都度、補充する方がいいかも。

Pros:

都町にも近く立地はすごいいいと思ってますが、駐車場の保有台数も少なく感じました。また、連泊時の清掃もステッカーを表に貼らないと何もしてくれてない状況でした。
お客様に理解できるようなわかりやすいシステムの構築ができてないと感じます。
