저보다는 어머니가 이 호텔에서 지내시는데 너무 만족하셔서 호텔에 편지까지 쓰고 나오셨다는..

Overall, it is a convenient hotel with decent rooms, but the service experience could be improved.
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location, just about a 5-minute walk to Gion Station, which makes it very convenient for getting around.

Cons:

The room was okay and the size was acceptable. Overall, the stay was comfortable enough.

However, the staff were not very helpful or welcoming. When I asked for a disposable mask, they simply said they did not have one. The service could definitely be warmer and more friendly.
