Pros:

The common/gathering space in lobby was great. Lots of comfortable seating in many configurations. The water pressure in the shower was a dream!

Cons:

Arrived 35 minutes before check in time (booked 2 rooms for 2 nights - approx $1500). A room was ready but we were told that we'd have to pay a $25 early check in fee. I felt that it was just a money grab so we sat in the lobby for half hour. It was a big negative to me and I will definitely consider other brands ahead of Hyatt when booking travel again. It wasn't about the amount of the early fee but the fact that you could have done something at no cost to you to show customer appreciation. A fee for late check may make sense but this seemed entirely unnecessary for such a small amount if time. If I had been told the room wasn't ready... no problem.

My birthday weekend!
Pros:

The size of the room was great and the free breakfast.

Cons:

The free breakfast could have been a higher quality. The pool wasn’t very big and I wish there had been a hot tub.

Pros:

Breakfast was good with a variety of food. The location was perfect for the events we attended, which were at The Overture Center & Capitol. Both are within walking distance.

Cons:

No hot tub but the pool was warm!

Pros:

Greeted with warm reception. Room was great and comfortable. All staff we interacted with were very friendly. Map providing various places to eat, stop, etc. was supplied.

Pros:

Breakfast was basic but everything you needed and made well. The room had an odd layout and while it was comfortable, it was difficult to move around. The location was good for the markets and capital.

My husband and I have stayed in Hyatt’s before but this one took the cake!!
Pros:

The room was perfect! It was big and we loved having the extra space. The bed was comfy and overall we loved our stay and will definitely stay at this hotel again :-)
