Cons:

La gestion des problématiques de réservation et le peu de clarté sur la capacité d'acceuil des chambres. Le personnel donne des informations qui s'avère erronées et vous sont en plus facturées par la suite. Seul point noir de mon séjour.

Pros:

The staff took very good care of my son. They were all very friendly to him.

Cons:

The beds were tiny, we thought we could fall. There was no terrace and there was no garden view. The lights on the corridor next to our room were on All night and the curtains couldn't assist as they were light. There was noise at night, not sure whether there was a party on Thursday 13th August. Sometimes they wouldn't give us all the refills eg shower cap and others... Ei, I suffered. Now I paid 74k but I get a receipt for 68k only.
