Absolutely lovely place with lovely staff! Nice, warm and resourceful. Do look out for Godfrey, Winfred, Laban & the rest of the crew for an amazing experience. The place was also home away from home with very good rooms and pricing! Definitely coming back again.

It was a 6 night stay both accommodation and conference. I personally had a great experience ,the staff were very helpful.

I loved my stay the food was great , breakfast spread had a variety and…the rooms were spacious … The staff are very kind..

Calvin gave us a warm welcome to the hotel, fresh drinks were offered by Abass (i think thats was his name sorry) he also helped us with our room. After that we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, bug portions and delicious food. James was serving us very attentive and kind. The breakfast is very abundant with different options. Also we have to mention Winfred gave us the beat tea recipe, it was our favorite every morning. Also Laban always very polite and kind.

Calvin gave us the warm welcome at the reception, it was a late check in and we were hungry so we end up enjoying dinner at the restaurant, the food was delicious and very abundant, James our server was super attentive, and always with a great smile. The breakfast with a variety of options , and the whole staff always really warm and attentive all of them smiling all the time ❤️. The hotel itself has a super good and friendly ambiance, nice music every evening next to the pool and a bar for you to enjoy refreshments and drinks. Really nice amenities and beautiful decoration.
Something really important as well, the hotel is located in a main avenue, just a walking distance to the 24/7 carrefour and also 10 min walking to the beach.

Pride Inn Diani is a relaxing hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are modern and fresh. The location is convenient and central to many amenities.

Excellent service, quiet, great meals with varieties available, wifi working all through ,AC perfect for the climate at Diani. My stuff safe during my 4 day stay. I would recommend and visit again

Guest relations and staff are very friendly. Rooms and common areas are showing wear and tear. Some of the corridor floor tiles had cracked and need replacement. Bathroom Showers lack water pressure and hot water is not constant. Had to make several visits to the reception to have it sorted. Basic breakfast but great service!
Some street noise which is expected as it’s on a busy road. But not a real hindrance. Good location and near all main amenities like hospital, supermarket, shopping centre, car service centre, Diani Airport, Restaurents and Clubs, Wine Bars, etc.

The experience at prideinn diani was great,they have a nice swimming pool there buffet has a lot of varieties,they also offer the best service,shout out to Consolata,Ann,Brenda,Calvin,Bretta,Godfrey,James and Rashid
