Pros:

The room was nice and they made an effort to celebrate my birthday by decorating the room and even singing for me🤍

The receptionists were very nice and I also loved that they made an arrangement for my birthday cake and decor ❤️I would love to come back and tip them.

Amazing stay, great location, filled with amazing staff who really look after their guests.
Pros:

The staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating to myself and my family and really went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay - which we did. They even looked after our 1 year old son and played with him too which was lovely.

Cons:

It’s only a personal preference but I found the bed too firm for my liking, but it’s no reflection of the hotel or the staff.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, we had options to pick from, we were on full board, our flight was rescheduled so we arrived at the hotel past breakfast hour but yet, they still prepared something for us to eat and trust me, we were overfed 😂 we get to have desert at dinner, PrideInn Diani has my heart already, friendly staff, I felt like I visited a family house and would definitely visit again and again.

It was a good experience and Popo the swimming instructor made it more enjoyable
