Cons:

Un peu bruyant parfois. Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi des gens tournaient une interview en parlant hyper fort à 7h du matin au bord de la piscine où donnait la fenêtre de ma chambre.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. Rooms were on the smaller side but felt cosy and well put together. The shower and toiletries were a highlight, great quality and always well stocked. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.

Cons:

The food was very disappointing. We had a very limited à la carte options, questionable freshness on some items (Sausages were stale), and a very basic juice selection.

The pool floor (inside the pool) is uncomfortably rough and caused us minor injuries on more than one occasion, something the management should address urgently.

The location lacks energy and character. We would not return or recommend this hotel for a holiday.

Exceptional staff + comfort + good food( I recommend something they call jus chicken 👌)
Pros:

Everything was exceptional but the staff made it unforgettable. Every request i made was met and they even decorated my room so beautifully on my birthday.
From check in , to having my room cleaned , the care and the calmness I felt loved. Special thanks to Calvin,Ann & Lydia.

Pros:

Excellent for kids with small water park. Kids pool and adult pool. Excellent kitchen with great meals. My favorites were all the rice dishes, along with Cajun chicken. If you dont see something on the menu just ask. Didn't see samosa but asked and got some. Staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

Juat some repairs going on in the morning. But we did go during there slow period so got to fix them at some point.

Pros:

The property was close to the carrefour and Java and access to most beaches was 5mimutes away. I traveled solo so the room was quite enough for me with air conditioners running throughout

la colazione era abbondante e, su richiesta allo chef, veniva adattata alle mie esigenze alimentari. Stessa cosa per la cena; lo chef cucinava quello che chiedevo (chiaramente piatti semplici adatti ai miei gusti - pasta con pomodori freschi e pollo alla griglia non speziato e con poco sale, frutta a vlontà e varia)
