Spacious flat
Airy and comfortable private environment
The deck overlooking the pool was a nice space
Beautiful scenery
Nice touches such as bread, eggs and water provided upon arrival

Cons:

TV was not advertised but would be a welcomed addition
WiFi was weak
Toilet had a smell to it even when cleaned
Coffee machine probably needs to be replaced as coffee does not stay hot
The fridge door had a cracked compartment
Some bath towels were old with holes , should be replaced

My brother and I had a great stay here. The owners are very nice and it was a beautiful and peaceful break from the sea.

Beautiful pool! So quiet at night. Amazingly clean!

So pleased to have found Evkarpos.
Pros:

The village is one of the nicest we have ever seen in Cyprus. The property has been so carefully and sensitively renovated, it was an absolute pleasure to stay in the apartment. With the summer heat, the pool was also very welcome.

Cons:

Having to go home after four days!

Perfect peaceful place to be based to chill, hiking and the beach.,
Pros:

The location was quiet and peaceful with great views of the village and ocean from our large balcony. Traditional Cypriot house renovated with all modern amenities needed to cook ourselves our travel to many places restaurants nearby. Excellent air conditioning and clean pool. Perfect for a couple or a group of up to 8 friends to share the whole complex Recommend the upstairs 1 bed.

Cons:

The location did not have a corner shop to walk to, But many are within a short drive.

La struttura, formata da 5 appartamenti, è in un piccolo villaggio silenzioso e a pochi minuti dal mare e dall' autostrada. Silenzioso, accogliente, puro relax.
Di notte una stellata magnifica creava una atmosfera fantastica.
Semplice e funzionale, si è rivelata una soluzione fantastica per una coppia con una bambina di cinque anni.

Etwas abgelegen aber mega coole, kleine mit 5 Apartments bestückte Anlage. Auto sollte man sich mieten.
Sonst sehr ruhig , aber zentral. Limasol ca.28 km.
Eher was für Paare ohne Kinder.
Eigentümerin spricht deutsch und für das Wohlbefinden bemüht.
Einfach fragen, wenn etwas benötigt wird.
Daumen "hoch" !!!!

Small, quiet and out of the way.
Pros:

This is a really nice place to stay to be ...'away from it all'. Tucked away in Sematismenos, this little gem is ideal of a totally relaxing holiday. A car is essential as there is nothing in the village itself so even a grocery run is a 10 minute car ride. 5 self contained apartments and a small swimming pool is what makes up Evkarpos and it's great.
