Comfortable beds and spacious accommodation.
Parking arrangements were complicated and lots of stairs to climb to get to accommodation. Kitchen equipment limited.
Noise from building site opposite started at 6 am when builders began throwing rubbish into a skip, followed by persistent bleeping noise from machinery reversing. No response from management team to this issue when reported. Due to central location some noise also experienced by public during evening even though we visited out of season
Very responsive staff when we called for help.
The large and clean kitchen was excellent for all the kosher food we arrived with.
The automatic entrance system repeatedly did not work and there isn't staff on site to open the doors for you.
The location is excellent right in town on the lake. Great view!
Bird poop on outside ledge of balcony hang out area and non-working fireplace…wasn’t informed before stay!
Tissue box was empty, no paper towels. No water bottles offered in room upon arrival. It was $1600 for 3 nights in second week of June through booking.com😳
Should be less expensive for the minimal amenities. It’s only a place to stay, not really to make use of when in the apartment. No hot tub, pool or extras for this high price!!! Does have jacuzzi tub in a tiny bathroom, though! Didn’t try it out.

The apartment was furnished nicely and the view was amazing! Location was excellent also with everything within walking distance.

We liked the location. In the center of Lake Placid and everything we needed was within walking distance. The Haus had a nice porche overlooking Mirror Lake. The staff at Haus was responsive to our needs. The staff at Booking was trying to be helpful but were calling the wrong phone number and found their communications with the Haus lacking.
The decor in room 3 needed updating as the rug and couch looked worn.
The staff was very easy to reach. They addressed any concerns we had in a timely manner. The location was perfect for a visit to Lake Placid. We stayed in Apartment 4 which had a balcony with a lake view. The apartment was very quiet which was a plus.
We stayed in apartment 1 for one of the three nights of our stay. There was a fair amount of street noise in Apartment 1.
In the middle of town. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Liked being on Mirror Lake.

Price ,. too expensive .. not worth it. On checkin we found that Coffee machine was not even cleaned from previous use. It was missing regular coffee. When called, they said, you will get regular coffee bag only in morning. How stupid the service is. Will not recommend for the price.
The entire process was a breeze. The keypad entry was efficient and meant one less thing to deal with. The suite itself was large, clean and could have been described as an apartment rather than a hotel room.
The property is located in an amazing location right on Main Street. It is very spacious with a great kitchen and two bedrooms. We found that several items in the apartment itself needed some love specifically around door handles and a couple of drawers. That could benefit from small repairs please be aware that in order to get to this second floor apartment you do need to climb through some steep stairs so if anyone has any accessibility challenges, this is not the place for you. This is advertised as part of the website but should be emphasized.
Overall good option for a large apartment with a full kitchen but keep in mind the issues
The location is great ! The highlight is the magnificent view on the lake.
Very comfortable stay and easy to communicate with staff.
No breakfast and not a great location
Balcony ... sold as water view but with a wood front, there was not view of the water from the lounge chairs ... had to sit on a stool to see the water.
Property is located in the heart of town . But parking was a problem find a spot for parking took us over 1/2-1 hour ..
