Ho messo 6 stelle per la vista come sempre mozzafiato, le stanze sono sempre pulitissime e dotate di ogni comfort. Il ristorante della spiaggia superbo e ottima qualità prezzo, e la vista impagabile. Bella musica, spettacoli molto carini, ballerini molto bravi. Gelato buonissimo, staff del bar e dei ristoranti sorridenti e cortesi.

Before you think about booking here, please read my truthful review about our experience. From the first minute we arrived, we recieved really really bad customer service, the staff here are very rude and unfriendly with an unwillingness to be helpful in any way. They don't explain anything about the hotel that you would usually expect on arrival. On the first morning when we arrived for breakfast, we were shouted at by staff in the dining room for sitting at the wrong table yet no other tables were set up. Tables were still cluttered with used plates and cutlery. Every morning was the same, we had to ask numerous times for clean utensils. The staff in the dining room are miserable, rude and quite nasty. The breakfast is the same every morning with very limited choice and what is on offer is disgusting, definitely not a 4* breakfast. The dining room is more like a staff canteen and very noisy with children running around. We booked a prestige double room with sea view, however, I fail to see what was prestige about it, the room compared only to a UK Premier Inn room. You have no chance of sleep as they have awful live entertainment until midnight right under the rooms.

It appears a good friendly service here is reserved only for the hotels Italian guests or members of the Dclub. The DClub members are prioritised over all other guests, (these are timeshare guests) if you are not a member, you are treated like a 2nd class citizen. If you are first at the bar but a DClub member comes along and wants a drink, they serve them first and ignore you standing there. It was the same throughout every other department of the hotel. The opinion of the staff and management is that DClub members are better than you and as normal guests you are just an inconvenience. There is no chance of getting a sunbed throughout the day as there are not enough for the number of guests staying. The DClub members get priority over you once their member areas are full. This is basically a timeshare hotel and all other guests are treated with contempt. This is in no way a 4* hotel, it has no 4* services unless you are with the DClub. The 2 restaurants are very expensive with limited choice, we found it better to eat out, but as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, there is not much choice as Its a very long walk to anywhere else.
I would never stay here again and I would definitely not recommend this hotel. I have travelled and stayed in many 4 & 5* hotels throughout the world where the service has been excellent but in comparison, this hotel is a disgrace.

Appalling Service from Staff!
The hotel itself looks nice, however looks can be deceiving. We arrived here at 1am due to a delayed flight. We asked if there was anyway we could get some food or drink, to abruptly be told "No" restaurants closed, no room service not even offered a bottle of water.
We then discovered there is a "D club" which is basically timeshare. Unless you are in this club you are treated as a 2nd class guest (cattle class). Areas are reserved and cordoned off for these guests in restaurants, around pools and Bars, and all service is focused on them.
The first morning when we went for Breakfast, half the restaurant is reserved for D Club, in cattle class no tables were set, so we sat at one that was (6 people table) and even though plenty of other tables free albeit not set, a lady came to us and shouted at us to move, as its not a table for 2 people. Every day no tables were ready, and when you ask for cutlery you are given a dirty look and attitude. Never a good morning or smile.
They advertise you can pay €70 to extend for a late check out, when we asked if we could do this, we were told this is not possible as there are guests due to check in to the room we were in even though there was availability on there website, when we said we are more than happy to change to another room and pay the €70 (previous hotels we have stayed at accommodate such a request) we were told no. We can use the pool showers during our final day (7 hours, until leave for airport) if we wanted to use sunbeds.
The staff have no time for you and do not even try to accommodate any requests, unless your D Club.
We stopped in a prestige room, nothing really special about the room, decor nice however not 4* standard, no tea or coffee making facilities, iron or iron board. Basic cheap toiletries, so I struggle to see how they class these as 4* prestige rooms. Amenities are basic.
We asked to speak to manager, no surprise not available.
Other poor reviews of hotel you will see the manager or hotel dont even respond to them, they appear not bothered about guest experience.
I would NEVER stay at a Domina resort again. We have stayed in many 4 * or higher star resorts/hotels and never experienced such poor service . priorityClearly the paying customers are not a , unless of course D Club.
