Parę rzeczy do poprawki i będzie idealnie. Zwłaszcza wyżywienie.

Lokalizacja idealna, spokojna przy samym morzu. Baseny super pokoje dosyć czyste.

Cons:

Najgorsze śniadania jakie kiedykolwiek widziałam. Codziennie to samo i do tego tak mały wybór że mimo wykupionych śniadań na cały tydzień byliśmy w stołówce tylko trzy razy. Patrząc na lokalizację i dostęp do regionalnych produktów powinni się wstydzić takich śniadań. Szkoda też że w basenach nie można sie kąpać po godzinie 19 gdy wszystko jest pięknie podświetlone. W pokojach pojawiły się też mrówki.

Paradijselijk hotel dat uitblinkt in service en faciliteiten.
Pros:

Domina Zagarella is haast on-Italiaans goed. Het is een paradijselijk hotel, waarbij overal aan gedacht lijkt te zijn. De service en faciliteiten zijn simpelweg van topniveau. Bij Domina Zagarella begrijpen ze wat service is en hoe je gasten een zorgeloos verblijf bezorgt. Wij verbleven in één van de villa’s en zijn dagelijks met een golfkar van onze villa naar de receptie gebracht. De medewerkers waren onwijs vriendelijk en het hele terrein was brandschoon. Verder is het heerlijk hoe je direct de zee in kan vanaf de privé steigers.

Cons:

Het (naar onze smaak te simpele) ontbijt was het enige minpunt aan deze accommodatie en dat wordt een ding doordat het hotel zo afgelegen ligt dat je zonder auto niet even elders iets kunt halen. Tegenover het hotel zit een geweldig restaurant, maar verder zit er in de omgeving nagenoeg niks. De dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt is een half uur lopen, langs een autoweg.

Er is een toeristenbus die met een beperkte dienstregeling (tussen Porticello en Casteldaccia) langs het hotel rijdt, maar ik zou sterk aanraden om een auto te huren om van de omgeving te kunnen genieten.

Voor ons geen dealbreaker, maar er was wel de hele dag door (te) luide muziek aan het zwembad. Dat deed soms af aan de rust en schoonheid van het hotel.

La posizione della struttura è ottima. I ristoranti offrono un buon menù. La colazione abbondante e variegata.

Cons:

Il balcone della villa era pieno di escrementi di uccelli. Poca sicurezza e vigilanza negli alloggi esterni ( ville e bungalow) separate dalla struttura centrale .

Pros:

Der erste Eindruck des Hotels war sehr positiv. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war freundlich und professionell, und auch der Fahrer, der uns zu unserer Unterkunft gebracht hat, war ausgesprochen engagiert und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend und ein klarer Pluspunkt.

Cons:

Leider wurden diese positiven Eindrücke im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts mehrfach überschattet. Ein Teil des Personals wirkte unfreundlich und wenig serviceorientiert. Besonders enttäuschend war ein Vorfall am 30.05. gegen 20:30 Uhr: Mein Mann wollte spontan das Ende eines Fußballspiels in der Bar verfolgen und hatte Lust auf ein Stück Kuchen. Als ich zur Bar ging, um diesen zu besorgen, wurden wir vom Barkeeper und der Servicekraft trotz mehrfacher Blickkontakte und überschaubarem Betrieb mindestens zehn Minuten lang ignoriert. Schließlich verzichteten wir auf die Bestellung.

Auch die Bar konnte insgesamt nicht überzeugen. Die Cocktails waren geschmacklich leider ungenießbar. Bereits an der Außenbar hatten wir den Eindruck, dass der Barkeeper mit einfachen Anfragen überfordert war – als wir nach einer Getränkekarte fragten, wirkte er unsicher und wenig organisiert. Dieser Eindruck setzte sich bei der Qualität der Getränke leider fort.

Das Frühstück war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Positiv hervorzuheben ist lediglich die Auswahl an Croissants. Der Kaffee schmeckte nicht, und der Frühstücksraum erinnerte eher an eine wenig einladende Kantine als an den Frühstücksbereich eines Hotels, das einen höheren Anspruch vermitteln möchte.

Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, zeigte jedoch deutliche Abnutzungserscheinungen. Zudem war es stellenweise verstaubt, sodass der Gesamteindruck hinsichtlich Sauberkeit leider nicht überzeugen konnte.

Insgesamt hat das Hotel durchaus das Potenzial, ein sehr gutes Haus zu sein. Die ausgezeichnete Lage und einzelne engagierte Mitarbeiter sprechen dafür. Umso bedauerlicher ist es, dass Service, Gastronomie und Sauberkeit diesem Anspruch derzeit nicht gerecht werden.

Abschließend möchten wir anmerken, dass uns die große Anzahl sehr positiver Bewertungen ohne jeglichen Kommentar auffällt. Nach unseren Erfahrungen vor Ort fällt es uns schwer nachzuvollziehen, wie diese Bewertungen zustande gekommen sind.

hotel grande ma a me personalmente NON ha soddisfatto.... ho soggiornato 1 notte in camera doppia, la camera era molto essenziale, arredi ridotti al minimo, poca luce e atmosfera fredda. Mancavano dettagli che rendono una camera confortevole. Vista mare molto bella su SANTA FLAVIA

La macedonia era di FRUTTA IN SCATOLA .Essendo in SICILIA, PATRIA DI FRUTTA FRESCA ECCEZIONALE, ci si aspettava qualcosa di piu locale e curato, Un occasione persa per valorizzare il territorio. -----FRUTTA IN SCATOLA , INCONCEPIBBILE ------
