L'accueil chaleureux de la réception, les installations et la situation parfaite. Je recommande cet établissement, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.
Location and views.
No air conditioning in any of the rooms. They provide a fan and recommend opening windows. We stayed in junior suite and sleeping was uncomfortable.
Great facilities aswell as good and drinks, special mention to Sergio and his bar team brilliant service, and always made us feel very welcome
Nice designed room and having pool and gym. The staff and breakfast are both excellent. Also close to old town but not inside to avoid the crowd and noise.
Must be no cooling A/C even so expensive. Even open window and turn on fan, the temperature inside room is 26 - 27 degree, certainly not comfortable in August. Last, the lobby is a bit small, not up to my expectations.

The staff really made this hotel experience exceptional. From the cleaning staff to parking attendants to the front desk/concierge, just the best I’ve seen.

The hotel is fantastic — it looks like it was recently renovated, so everything was in good condition. The spa has 4 different saunas, the breakfast offers a wide range of options, and the staff is very well trained. The only negative feedback goes to the gym, which, for a 5-star hotel, should have more strength-training equipment and at least more free weights (the heaviest weight was 22kg).
As I mentioned before, the only things that disappointed me were the gym and, on top of that, a massage I had that didn't meet my expectations.

Unfortunately, our stay at Grand Hotel Savoia was quite disappointing, especially given the standard and price of the hotel.
Our room was over 80°F and had no air conditioning, making it extremely difficult to sleep. When we raised the issue with the hotel, we were essentially told to leave the window open. Unfortunately, our room faced a noisy road, so leaving the window open was not a realistic solution and made it difficult to get any sleep.
The hot tub was also cold, which was particularly disappointing given that this was one of the amenities we expected to enjoy during our stay.
We also had an unpleasant experience at breakfast when we asked for additional service and the attendant rolled her eyes at us. That kind of response is not what we would expect from a hotel of this caliber.
That said, Vita at the bar was fantastic. She was extremely hospitable, friendly, and helpful, and she gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner. She was a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing stay.
Given the room temperature, lack of a workable solution from the hotel, the cold hot tub, and the overall experience, we believe some compensation or adjustment to the cost of our stay would be appropriate.
Overall, there were certainly some wonderful employees, but the problems with the room and amenities significantly impacted our stay and fell well short of what we expected from Grand Hotel Savoia.

The hotel was excellent. The cleanliness, comfort, location, and staff were all outstanding.
A special thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay truly memorable. Everyone was incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a perfect experience.
We especially appreciated their kindness in receiving and safely storing my package until our arrival. That thoughtful gesture made a big difference and was greatly appreciated.
We would be delighted to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
The only suggestion for improvement would be to add air conditioning to the rooms. During the summer, the rooms can become quite warm, and this would make the stay even more comfortable.
