Exterior of the hotel, breakfast, service, massage, view of Tofana.

Cons:

Quite a low number of beds at the spa, there is no rest area at the sauna segment, transfer needes to ski slopes

Beautiful and elegant hotel in a great location with friendly and accommodating staff
Pros:

The rooms were with Dolomite views were very nice indeed. We travelled as a group of 24 - the staff at the hotel were very accommodating, remembering our names and offering assistance throughout our stay. Breakfast was very nice with a huge range of fresh produce. We would definitely return.

Full on classy hotel with wonderful staff
Pros:

An excellent experience topped up by charming staff and 5-star standards. The food in the bar was delicious, the bar well stocked and a very good piano player/singer every night.

The bedroom was very well appointed, and the ski room outstanding with a very helpful attendant there.

To top it all off we had a car breakdown and were completely abandoned at night 30 km away by the useless Europcar rental and rescued thanks to the fantastic concierge service.

Highly recommended!

Un hotel confortable con un personal muy amable.
Pros:

Lo mejor fue la atención del personal, todos muy amables y queriendo ayudar. El desayuno muy completo y de calidad, y la terraza, espectacular.

Cons:

Eché de menos un espejo en la habitación. Fuera del cuarto de baño, no hay ningún espejo.

Great Location, Great bar and terrace with a fantastic view. Staff very lovely & attentive.

Cons:

Uncomfortable hard bed and polyester pillows which I don't expect in a 5 star Hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and great staff, would go there again if in the region.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is exceptional and the staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The arrangement with the car and Skiroom was very good. The service of the room was excellent as well as the staff in the morning in the breakfast room.

Cons:

The only thing that put me off was the shower in the bathtub.
