O estúdio é muito bom! limpo bem organizado! Bem melhor que ficar num hotel, pois aqui tem algo pra fazer uma refeição rápida… embora tenha tudo para fazer uma boa refeição, a localização é excelente!! Um quarteirão do Castelo de Caen! Recomendo, até quem vem a passeio e com o casal!! Custo-benefício muito alto! Se voltar com a minha esposa da proxima vez..já sei aonde ficar!

Eu não tenho nada de que não goste! Tudo foi ótimo!!

Nice clean and functional hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Visited Jun 26 as a group of 5 friends.
Situated in the centre of Caen, very close to the castle walls etc. so location is great.
Rooms were clean, well maintained and everything worked.
Check in was very Efficient and friendly.
Breakfast was very good, timings are to be considered if big groups are staying but the food was very good.

Underground parking is about a 4-5 min walk away.

One slight negative is the room did not have AC. It was warm and being situated in a busy area, it’s not ideal to have the window open if it’s hot as it was on our stay.

But overall we had a good stay. Many thanks.

L'emplacement

Cons:

La baie vitrée qui donne sur la rue et qui laisse passer trop les bruits extérieurs : un samedi soir agité sur caen : jeunes qui discutent, klaxons, voitures qui démarrent en trombe.... J'ai dormi une heure avec l'impression que la fenêtre était ouverte

Pros:

La disponibilité du personnel qui a eu l amabilité d avancer l heure du petit déjeuner pour tous les coureurs du marathon. Ils sont de très bons conseils et avenants. La chambre était prête en avance mais ils s étaient proposés de nous garder nos valises dans le cas contraire.

Cons:

De devoir y rester qu une seule nuit.

Très bien placé dans le centre. Attention pas de parking privé. Nous y sommes allés sur un weekend. Nous avons trouvé facilement une place et c’était gratuit. En semaine il aurait fallu payer sa place!
Personnel sympa , à l’écoute et professionnel. Hôtel propre, petit déjeuner complet. Weekend avec fortes températures, le ventilateur nous a bien servi! Chambre au calme.

Cons:

Il manque peut être un petit frigo.

Parfaitement situé près du Theatre de Caen!

Cons:

Isolation phonique un peu insuffisante pour les chambres du rez-de-chaussée (proches du Lobby et des espaces de service)

Bel hôtel dans une très belle ville, sécurisée et très propre.

Idéal pour un touriste , ville à taille humaine, tout se visite à pied.
