Pros:

Le personnel de l’hôtel était aimable, courtois et poli.

Cons:

Ma chambre donnait sur la rue et le bruit des jeunes m’a empêché de dormir jusqu’à trois heures du matin.
De plus, la lampe de chevet à côté du lit était défectueuse et ne pouvait pas être réglée.

Chambre très exiguë donnant sur arrière cour. Accès par un escalier assez étroit, peu commode. Pas d'ascenseur.

The location was excellent.

The breakfast was plentiful and suprisingly good.

Cons:

The person on the reception desk the evening we arrived was unhelpful, possibly lacking competent English. He could not help us with a map, although there were plenty of broshures available on a stand, nor an umbrella.
Staff on the next day were more friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Very helpful staff. Close to everything and especially restaurants like Monsieur Louis on Pl. Saint-Sauveur. Only small complaint would be how tight the bathroom was. A tall person would have trouble sitting on the toilet in the room I had on the 4th floor. But nice view from the balcony.
