Pros:

Location was great, staff were excellent and free bag store was a bonus. There is no lift in this hotel and we were on the top floor, a lot of stairs with a child and luggage. The fridge in our room was very noisy and the carpet in the stair ways was very worn and discoloured.

Jó környéken van a szálloda. Metró, vasút, busz közel van.

Cons:

Az egy ágyas szoba az alagsorban volt. A berendezés régi, kopottas. Éjszaka nagyon lehetett hallani a közelben közlekedő földalatti zaját. Ez nagyon zavaró volt.

Pros:

Convenient location for Paddington Station.
I requested a ground floor room to avoid carrying heavy luggage, and this request was granted.

Kein 3 Sterne Hotel
Pros:

Personal war freundlich und nett. Die Lage war wirklich gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind eine Katastrophe. Nach Beschwerde haben wir ein neues Zimmer bezogen, was etwas annehmlicher war. Im Hotelflur hat es sehr unangenehm gerochen.

Servicable well equipped room.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Rom was small but it had all the facilities. The matress was harder than I am used to but it didn't stop me having a good night's sleep.

Dolphin hotel stay
Pros:

Before Pedro came on shift, it was so-so. I was not greeted warmly or with a smile. Pedro actually said hello and asked me how I was. He is professional, helpful and well informed. He made my stay at Dolphin worthwhile. Thanks Pedro!
