Great stay in Central London
Pros:

Perfect locaton a few steps away from Paddington (very convenient bus-tube-rail connections) and a short walk from lovely Kensington gardens, quaint atmosphere. A couple of nice places with good coffee quie close. A great find for central London.

Cons:

Tube is so near that one gets its vibrations when one stays in the basement :)

Ok, wouldn’t stay again as a family

Very good location and close to train station.

Cons:

I found the breakfast on offer was not good value for money and may have been better off, in hindsight, going somewhere else as there are plenty of options so close to a major train station.
I also have complaint with the access to the upper floors. You state on the website that there is no lift but this is the last point in a very long list of hotel specifics; this information should be at the top of the list to give people better options when booking. I also found the reception staff to be very unhelpful regarding luggage. In many hotels I have stayed in, when they have not had a lift, an offer has been made to help with bags. No help was offered and the reception staff scoffed when asked if we could move part of our party to a lower floor as she is mobility impaired. This was done for us but made us feel it was an inconvenience.

Decent stay
Pros:

It was a great position to move in London and the staff has been nice and educated

Cons:

I didn't like at all the noise of Heater . Everytime someone was using water for shower or else , there were a massive noise . It did disturb my mornings.
The single bed was a bit tight to be fair .
