Excellent location. Friendly staff. Good value.
Pros:

Excellent location close to all the restaurants shops and transport facilities. Great room although small it was completely comfortable. Shower worked well. Tea and coffee were replenished.

Cons:

Doesn’t have a lift but they helped me with my case (I have knee arthritis).

Great location and good value.
Pros:

The location couldn’t have been better- very close to Paddington

Comfortable and practical
Pros:

The room was great. The beds were comfy and there was a lot of space for clothes and baggage. But the best part is the location. You are 2 minutes away from Paddington, where you have tube, bus, train... Overll, it was great!

Lovely hotel in London, great location and nice staff!
Pros:

Everything was excellent. I loved the position, just a few steps from Paddington Station, and the room which was small but really nice and comfortable. Very helpful and nice staff too. Definitely would come back & recommend!

Cons:

Nothing really. I think the only issue about the place could be the fact that there is no elevator and the stairs are quite steep, so it can be a problem for people with physical difficulties.

Pros:

Hay 2 tipos de Desayunos el Buffet por 7 Libras que es lo Normal , Pan , Sumos, Huevos y Quesos ( esta bien y es suficiente ) y esta el Desyuno Ingles por 10 Libras que es un desyuno Caliente ( Huevo y salchicas ) , El Hotel a una Cuadra de la Estacion del Metro y parada de camiones , Muy bien Comunicado y la decoracion muy Inglesa

Hermoso petit hotel y bien ubicado
Pros:

la ubicacion muy buena a metros de la estacion Paddington y Hyde Park, muy seguro. Muy pintoresco el edificio, la calle donde esta ubicada era muy bonita con un lindo espacio verde al frente

Cons:

la cama era muy pequeña igual que el baño, y no tenia ascensor

Good for short stay
Pros:

Good location for visiting London and nice looking hotel. I did hear tube trains up until midnight and from about 6am but was warned. The single bed is ok for a smaller adult. The bedroom door could do with a black out curtain due to the stairwell light being on all night. Also confusion over breakfast price as room information does not match reception details. I would recommend if only staying for one or two nights.
