Easy and value stay, ohh and clean rooms, just dated.
Pros:

Just did what it said on the tin !

Cons:

Simple Paddington hotel. No lift so a few flights of stairs to traverse.

For a cheap one night stay it was OK, but I wouldn't rush to go there again
Pros:

It was quite cheap, and reasonably clean

Cons:

The room shook and vibrated with every train that went by, which didn't allow for any prolonged period of sleep. The breakfast was very poor.

Perfect location and clean!
Pros:

The location was perfect! We saved a lot of money by walking or by travelling just in the zones 1-2. We had the 5 people room, the one with a bunk bed. The room had old furniture, but it was clean and the mattresses were confortable. The staff cleaned the room every day, changed the towels, so the confort was assured.

Cons:

The lack of an elevator, but this kind of building could never have a lift. So, we trained a bit every day by going up and down the stairs.

Very happy and will consider this hotel for future stays
Pros:

I always choose the dolphin as first choice for any stay in London ( which I do on business a few times a year). Excellent value

Cons:

I booked via Booking.com and selected breakfast in the package, however I was told when downstairs at breakfast, that my booking didn't cover a full cooked breakfast, and was limited to the buffet bar only. Reception should have made it clear any such constraints, as I would have considered paying extra for this option.

BED BUGS 06/05/26

Extremely disappointed with my stay here. After returning from a late night concert I found two bed bugs crawling on the mattress. I immediately informed the receptionist Pedro and showed him the photos/video, he told me there was nothing that could be done and I would have to stay in this room (despite there being multiple rooms still available on booking.com). Luckily I had not slept in the bed prior to finding the bedbugs. I then had to walk around Paddington at 1:30am as a young female by myself to find another place to stay at late late notice with no help from reception. I was told I would have to email the property to get a refund and that the manager might not even approve it, even after showing Pedro video evidence and offering him to come up and check for himself. Just not an ideal ending to what was a lovely night at the O2.
Just please think twice before staying here and check your beds! My room was 264 with the bed bugs.

Pros:

Fijn dat we met zijn vijven op een kamer konden. De bedden werden elke dag netjes opgemaakt.
Bij het ontbijt was de gastvrouw erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Ontvangst mag met een glimlach.
We zaten op de 4e verdieping, dus veel traplopen.
De douche werd steeds warm en koud, erg lastig te stellen.
Het ontbijt is goedkopp, maar ook erg beperkt. Er hangt een bordje dat je wensen kunt aangeven, maar vegan melk / yoghurt zat er niet in. Scrambled eggs waren prima, maar een spekje erbij zou wel lekker zijn geweest...
