Excellent hotel in excellent location
Pros:

This hotel is in the middle of the historical old town in a beautiful building. The room was clean and had everything we needed and a little balcony with a great view on a historical place. The staff was very friendly, talkative, and helpful. We'll definitely chose this hotel again if we come back to Zaragoza.

Emplacement parfait. Personnel adorable. Petit déjeuner très correct. Literie confortable. Chambre pour 4, très appréciable. Parking à proximité, très facile d'accès. Rabais avec l'hôtel.

Chambre un peu vieillotte et pas très bien insonorisée.

El personal fue muy amable en todo momento, nos tuvieron que cambiar la habitacion a una con ducha adaptada, no pusieron objeccion alguna, un 10 la verdad

Cons:

La accesibilidad de la rampa para minusvalidos, tienes que acceder por la cafeteria de al lado y la rampa que disponen en el hotel es un poco complicada, lo que nos dijo el personal que estan en proyecto de hacerlo nuevo.
