There are no staff there. Go to the locked up main building and ring the number on the bit of paper. They'll give you the key code.
You're actually staying in the annex at the top of the carpark.
There's no breakfast paid or otherwise.
Think AirBnB rather than hotel.

Well the location surroundings were not great due to run down area & unused main hotel.
But 2 females felt ok once we had checked into the lodge side.

Carpet could do with a good clean, could do with having a spare key, window boarded up downstairs makes it look a bit rough when you get there so fixing that would help the aesthetics on arrival. A few glasses would be nice, even plastic, for waters / juice etc. Please ask the room preppers not to put the square pillows from the sofa on top of the nice fresh clean white bed pillows - they probably aren't cleaned regularly like the pillow cases and that's fine for sitting on the sofa, but not for putting where your face goes ;-)

The place has been built to high standards but is slightly showing regular use.

Well window wouldn’t lock. As it had no handle on it. There was terrible noise all night like a constant humming from bathroom fan even tho light was off. So hardly any sleep. Then early Sunday morning fire alarm went off. And nobody came to sort it waited over 90 mins. In end we got dressed and left. No one answered phone when we rang numbers on door. So actually I’d like a refund.

Check in confusing. Noisey unkempt car park and property . Fire alarm going off from 7am and not being checked or switched off.. the noise defaning had to leave.

Unmanned facility, fire alarm went off 07.00 Sunday morning,, obviously a fault,, everyone out on the carpark, nobody to deal with it, had to get showered and dressed with alarm going off,, in hindsight should have called the fire brigade,, then the hotel would have to pay for the call out,, complete rip off of a place,, if I could be ar5ed, I would go legal with this.

No staff on-site, looking and feeling very rundown, Mattress worn out, shower not very warm, some rooms would not lock!

The hotel is in need of a major refit taps broken shower not working properly door won't lock properly

No staff on site at all locks broken on room door not secure, the bed was so old the mattress was uncomfortable and had a dell in the middle that was difficult to get out of

Getting towards the end of its life now. Door lock’s flimsy with some not locking properly, light fittings worn and a bit dodgy with cheap light bulbs. Mattress old and soft and seen some action.

There were no bulbs in the bedside table lights which was a nuisance if you wanted to read in bed. Also the place itself was closed and looked abandoned although the rooms were behind the building off the car park
