The best stopover off the M6.
Pros:

I was so glad we decided to return to Crooklands, even though we did not arrive till 7,30 because of traffic and weather. The hotel is so welcoming. Everything is of a high standard. Food, staff, furniture, all excellent. Beautiful shower room. We will definitely be back.

This hotel was perfect for us, but our stay was marred by the attitude of the restaurant manager on our last night. She was very curt with us when there had been a problem with the booking for our meal- which was an error on the part of the hotel. Every other staff member we spoke to was lovely but on our last night, her manner was very abrupt & less than helpful. Very disappointing, especially as we had stayed for 4 nights.

5* - will be coming back for leisure next time
Pros:

Stayed for two night as working an event close by.. great location.. staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was really nice and waiting staff were very attentive and helpful.

Would definitely stay again..

Good family stay
Pros:

Very clean good facilities. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, good parking, lovely bar and restaurant. Charged full price however for one child eating half a slice of toast. Would stay again but perhaps opt out for breakfast for us personally, friendly staff.

Lovely hotel, very professional, friendly and efficient staff. Ate in restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

Excellent Hotel!
Pros:

The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We were very impressed by the professionalism, friendliness and welcoming attitude.
The restaurant was so good too. The chef is amazing with a great variety of top class dishes.
The hotel is in a lovely area and ideal for our needs. We will absolutely return.

Pros:

Fantastic hotel. Our group of 13 stayed here and loved it. Couldn’t fault the service at all. Table was ready at the correct time, food was served very quickly (after we preordered a few weeks earlier) and good beer. We’ll be booking here again!
