Great value, very thoughtful details
Pros:

Amazing thought has gone into the minibar and in-room glassware and snacks. The staff were all very friendly.

Pros:

De locatie is echt perfect om in Norwich rond te lopen. Het hotel ligt tegen het centrum aan. Kon de auto er ook goed kwijt.
Aangezien het hotel zelf was volgeboekt, kreeg ik een upgrade naar een appartement aan de andere kant van de straat.

Cons:

Het appartement had geen normale douche. Was alleen een mogelijkheid om in het bad te zitten en met de handdouche te wassen. Dat zou ik zeker anders willen. Dan toch liever een hotelkamer met een normale douche.

Lovely hotel, spacious room, tasteful bathroom and friendly staff
Pros:

Room was cosy, staff were friendly and helpful. For a cosy room there was more than enough space.

Cons:

Just the heat in our room, although we were in the middle of a May heatwave, we were given a fan, but was unable to hold blind open which seemed to restrict airflow through the window.

Loved it! Couldn’t fault it
Pros:

Absolutely loved this hotel. Beautiful rooms and beautiful seating areas both inside and outside. We ate a very tasty breakfast outside in the conservatory area this morning which was fabulous. All the staff were very friendly too

The shower cleanliness. The drain did not filter properly as had not been cleaned of hair for some time !

Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful and service at breakfast excellent. Room very clean and bed comfortable.

Cons:

We had the downstairs room with the bathroom for wheelchair users was very clean but we really struggled to shower as the shower head was so low and couldn't be adjusted so I couldn't wash my hair.

Great comfortable stay with good customer service
Pros:

Was a lovely stay we were upgraded to an apartment which suited us very well all staff interactions were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious and very comfortable

Cons:

We had a lovely big bath but the water was not hot enough to fill it I did inform reception when we checked out but not as a complaint just for feedback

The hospitality and services were excellent. On the human side, everyone was great.
Pros:

Good breakfast in a nice setting. They management gave us complimentary brekafst due to the hot water issue in our bath which was rectified on the second day of our stay.

Cons:

The apartment is across the road from the main building and to ask for anything via phone was most of the time unanswered or they will have to call back.

Mostly a good experience

Cons:

Didn't sleep, room was unbearably hot, one tiny fan that did nothing. Need to do more to manage heat in the room, more fans or air con needed, the room was warmer at night than it was during the whole day. Night staff was lovely.
