Pros:

I found the people who worked in the hotel that greeted me when I arrived and departed were very helpful and kind. They really were lovely. The bed was amazing and the thoughtful gluten free brownie upon arrival was also delicious.

Cons:

It was hot in the room. But with the window open and figuring out the fan, it was fine.

Had a lovely stay and although a few shortfalls we would consider returning
Pros:

We stayed in the colonial apartment, was comfortable, but ants in kitchen and shower did not work properly, did report it and was told it needed replacing, surely that should of been sorted befor our stay, blind in one bedroom broke so had to roll up manually, but very spacious and comfortable

Cons:

Was very disappointed to see Two chefs cooking at breakfast with no beard nets, considering both where quite long and should of been covered, one morning no butter out for toast and both our teapots had black bits in then which ended up in our drinks, clearly not cleaned properly, but staff very friendly

Lovely stay - will stay again
Pros:

Room was lovely, a little dark for my liking but didn't detract from comfiness of the room. At check in I boked a table for dinner & was given a nice table in quiet area, which was perfect. The food was & service was great, had a lovely meal, even though had to go with my third choice of dessert!!

Cons:

Nothing

100% would book again.
Pros:

Such a wonderful stay - charming, friendly staff, great food at the pub downstairs and walkable. We came into a well decorated and clean space with the appreciated touch of allergy friendly chocolates. Will stay here again and recommend to others.

Cons:

My one and only complaint was the glass shower wall. It was too small for how close the shower head was to the shower entry, so water went EVERYWHERE.

Pros:

The room was well equipped with nice little touches IE Mimi chocolate brownies and drinks facilities. The room was spacious too. Lovely towels and comfortable bed. There's a fantastic waled garden with different areas to sit in, really peaceful.

Cons:

If I was being picky, the decor in the room needed refreshing.
