Really excellent stay in a lovely city, will definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Excellent location, friendly staff, lovely room. Good value.

Cons:

We didn’t have a walk in shower but had I realised I should have specified when I booked. Also our room had a lot of stairs and I’ve recently had surgery on my foot but again I hadn’t requested room without steps so that’s on me.

Expected better, the staff were apologetic and assured us that our concerns would be addressed.
Pros:

The location is good for easy access to the city centre.

Cons:

The room decor needed a repaint and the light fittings in the bath room were broken and missing a bulb. The door into the room was very ill fitting and would not pass current fire door regulations. The dimmer light switch at the side of the bed was defective.

Great location. Room was a bit tired.
Pros:

Nice large room with a comfortable bed. Pleasant staff in the restaurant and bar. Great location, a short walk from Norwich centre.

Cons:

WiFi didn't work for most of the time we were there. The St Giles room and entrance hall are in need of a makeover.

Very disappointed, definitely would not go there again
Pros:

The property was in a very good location good car parking

Cons:

The property is fine. The rooms are in need of renovation when you book a double bed you expect a double bed I got two single beds pushed together and we ended up bed separate dropping in the middle. They gave us another room across the road and it was exactly the same apparently there is no double beds in this establishment. Only two single beds pushed together light in the ceiling not working would not recommend it.

10 stars! Gorgeous hotel, pub food and lovely staff!
Pros:

Cannot say enough about how gorgeous this place is! The rooms are beautiful, bed extremely comfortable and bathroom really nice and clean. We didn’t expect a room with a fridge packed with drinks, snacks and nibbles either. We had dinner in the pub which was absolutely lovely. Staff were really friendly and chatty too. We will return!

Cons:

Nothing!

a good spot to be near Norwich showground. for this purpose, we would book again.
Pros:

bed was comfy. shower pressure was great. we liked the little doggy gift box and in-room fridge.

Cons:

someone was using a leaf blower in the outdoor area our second evening. the public corridor spaces were quite run down. we could also see the reception/ managers in their back office / storage area. our room was quite dark.
