Very clean hotel, staff were friendly and welcoming. Close to city centre.

Room was smelly and rather in need of a revamp.
Lovely room (24) with list of extras, radio, coffee machine and nice toiletries
Loved the property however our room was next to the kitchen fans and next to the stairs up to the first floor. Could not get to sleep for the fan and then were kept awake by doors banging. And people walking up and down the stairs. There was a coffee machine but no instructions how to use it and the location of this and the kettle were not ideal. Would’ve much better on the table under the television than having to reach up to the self they were on. Gave up on the coffee machine.

The room was spacious & had everything we needed. We appreciated the coffee machine & the welcome brownies.The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is good - just a 10 minute or so walk into the centre.
Apart from our waiter in the evening & the woman on reception, one or two of the staff looked a little miserable. Also it should be made clear that if you choose an individual item from the breakfast menu, you will then have to pay for your tea or coffee.
Staff were super helpful and friendly, great location to walk into city, good car park.
Stairs to room were steep for us.

We have been here a few times and have always had a good stay. Comfortable beds, good food and friendly staff. Free parking as well and just a 10minute walk into the town.
