Beautiful place, bit overpriced food

I loved the room and the property it was beautiful

Cons:

I had never been there before and I felt like we where just left too it, we didnt know how to order food and what the arrangements where for breakfast, the food was a bit over priced for what you got.

well located hotel, breakfast service needs work
Pros:

parking was good. room was nice and comfy, good shower. tea and coffe in the room. decent amount of hanging space drawers and bedside tables. Light good enough to read. receptionist very polite and helpful.

Cons:

the sink in the room was very small so difficult to wash our faces or even brush teeth due to an overhanging shelf. Too small to fit the kettle in to fill it directly. Biggest negative was breakfast. Very slow service. Reluctance to take orders or bring them. one cup of coffee was it! The buffet was not restocked and ran out of juice, plates, jam, yoghurt, fruit . Food was nice when you got it though.

Excellent value and location in Norwich
Pros:

Location great (walk to town), excellent breakfast and spacious well-appointed room. Greeted by an actual person instead of contactless check-in; appreciated that. Good parking on site, also appreciated.

Cons:

Only drawback: bed mattress not so comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a box spring.

Pros:

Great location and I requested a bath and got a bath.

Cons:

Brief sadness when receptionist told me the room I had reserved ages ago with bath tub - only had shower. But that changed when we got to room and saw it had both!

Friendly staff and fantastic location bang in the centre of town.
Pros:

Very friendly staff in reception and the restaurant. Surprisingly little noise from the road, even with the window open at night. Great breakfast.

Exterior needs a lick of paint.

Lovely hotel within a short walk of the centre
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful.
Room was spacious, comfortable, clean and contained everything that we required.
Car parking is in front of the hotel and there were plenty of spaces.
You could easily walk into the centre of Norwich; it takes about 6 minutes.

Cons:

There wasn't very much. We were disappointed with the restaurant menu as most items contained garlic which we have an intolerance to. However the chef was very accommodating and we had a meal that was garlic free.
