Few minutes walk from town centre, but at least it was quiet
Staff, dinner, breakfast.
Although the bathroom was nice, the bedroom was scruffy: worn furniture, grubby carpet, only one bedside light. The overhead light switch was broken (it came off in my hand).
Great location for walking into town. Everything is pretty much on the doorstep.
Love the coffee machine and pods too!
A cork screw would have been handy.

There was a bit of an off smell in the bathroom like stale water. We got back to the hotel just after 11pm staff were still in the bar but refused to let us have the nightcap we wanted so had to go to the pub opposite the roundabout

Room was quite dark. Kettle didn't fit under tap to fill it.
Room was excellent and well equipped. Could have benefited with a light over the entrance key pad but otherwise excellent
The breakfast was very disappointing. The service was very slow, I think there was a problem with the cooking facilities. But even so the staff could have been more communitive. The food was warm at best and not as described, for example scrambled egg was poached egg mashed up!
Offered a refund after complained but this has not appeared.

The room was full of crappy furniture. The mattress was old, could feel the springs. Pillows were flat and lumpy.

The heating wasn’t working in the room and it was absolutely freezing.
Loved the hotel atmosphere. The apartments were cool. Easily got a gluten and dairy free breakfast. No problem. Staff were friendly. Short walk into Norwich.

Lovely hotel and bar. Without exception all the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room was really warm which was much appreciated as it was freezing outside. Loads of hot water, spotless bed linen and towels. Free car parking. Good location. Would definitely stay here again if we ever go to Norwich again.

Great welcome. Comfortable room, super clean, good facilities, stylish decor, and a great brakfast too. Will definitely stay again and again. EV charger was a bonus.
