Pros:

Es hat geregnet und wir waren mit den Motorrädern unterwegs und waren einfach sehr froh eine Unterkunft gefunden zu haben.
Wir konnten zum Glück früher in das Zimmer :D

Cons:

Das Dachfenster war nicht ganz dicht. Das Wlan hat nicht funktioniert.

Richtig schönes gemütliches Apartment mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Traumhafter Ort und sehr gute Lage zum See. Toll zum Fahrrad fahren und spazieren gehen. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und hatten leider nur für eine Nacht gebucht. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Bei der Buchung ist mir ein Fehler unterlaufen, aber nach nur einer Email war der Fehler auch schon behoben. Wir wurden äußerst freundlich von Marlene empfangen und wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank, liebe Marlene. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und dann für ein paar mehr Tage!

Cons:

Für uns hat alles gepasst! Gibt nichts zu meckern.

Pros:

Nous avons fait halte pour une nuit. Logement en duplex suffisant . emplacement à proximité directe du lac de Annecy et des commerces

Cons:

Le manque de place de stationnement près des logements qui se situent dans un cul de sac non éclairé .si vous rentrez la nuit tombée mieux vaut se garer sur le parking a proximite de la base nautique . comptez au moins 30 mn pour vous rendre à Annecy vielle ville 11km circulation très dense

Ensemble très bien pour passer quelques jours à proximité du Lac et d’Annecy
Pros:

Très bien placé. Le studio est assez grand pour mettre les vélos dedans. Le lit est confortable

Cons:

Parking complet à deux reprises si ont rentre tard alors que c’était hors vacances scolaire et en semaine

Fabulous stay at lake Annacy
Pros:

The location was stunning. The property with ground floor access to a beautiful garden was amazing. The parking was super easy as on site no height restrictions. Nice size. We stayed in a duplex so limited space upstairs but really nice.

Comfortable very well priced accommodation
Pros:

It was available at short notice when our previous booking proved to be below an acceptable standard. The hosts gave all relevant information to enable our stay.
This property was ideally located very close to the lake and within a reasonable distance of Annecy, very quiet, well appointed though not luxurious, comfortable bed and good shower, a garden space available to enjoy

Cons:

Salt and pepper mills and more bowls to use for food

It is well situated, quiet spot with beautiful views. It was big enough for three couples and two children with a lovely terrace.

Cons:

While I didn’t expect a fully stocked kitchen, I would have wanted more than one tea towel and some washing liquid to get us started. And a decent vegetable peeler!

The main issue is that the bedrooms were incredibly hot and stuffy with no air con. Our stay was late May, I hate to think how it is in the height of summer…. One of the bedrooms registered 28C at 11pm…

Nous sommes surpris des avis Les photos ne sont pas en rapport avec ce qu'on a loué . Il y a des photos d'un autre lieu . Propreté douteuse. L'escalier et le palier bois auraient bien besoin d'être entretenus. Oreillers boulochés et sans protection. Protection de lit et couette tachées nous avons des photos. Le canapé a du vécu. Le propriétaire pas très aimable.
