Bestens zu empfehlen, super Hotel

Rengøring var manglende fx gulvet førstedag. De ligger kun kaffe en gang første dag med 2 papkrus til 5 personersværelse. Der er kun en airkondition i en af værelserne. De mener at lejligheden er god til at holde sig kold. Vi manglede airkondition når vi skulle sove og vinduet lukket da der er en del larm til kl 4 om morgenen. Poolene var rene om morgnen men i løbet af at der faldt planter små insekter eller børn der har smidt papir ind var der ingen personale at gøre det rent. Vi hentede selv rengøringspersonalets værktøj at fiske ting op.

Morgenmad er meget ringe, kogt æg, simit lidt grøn, 1 frugt, tomat, agurk, 2 forskellige oste, dårlig kaffe og the. Tænker man ikke behøver det hvis man allerede kan spie morgenmad efter kl 10. Kan man sagtens købe gode små snacks ved baren som pizza. Pomfritter, nuggets mv til en pris. Pomfritter fx 200 tl.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Billurcu war eine einzige Enttäuschung. An der Rezeption wurde man mit einer Mischung aus Arroganz und Desinteresse begrüßt – Service? Fehlanzeige. Beim Auschecken ebenso Arroganz und herabschauende Blicke des Personals an der Rezeption. Der Hotelmanager sollte sie dringend zur Schulung schicken!
Die Zimmer sind alt, heruntergekommen und offenbar mit einem Putzverbot belegt. Frische Bettwäsche oder sauberes Bad? Luxus, den man hier nicht kennt.

Das Frühstück war der nächste Tiefpunkt: Kaum Auswahl, lieblos präsentiert und geschmacklich irgendwo zwischen Pappe und „Was war das?“. Absolut nicht das, was man bei einem angeblichen 3-Sterne-Hotel erwartet.

Dazu kommt, dass Gäste kontrolliert werden, ob sie eigenes Essen oder Trinken mitbringen – als wäre man in einem Hochsicherheitsbereich statt im Urlaub. Insgesamt war das Ganze eher ein Survival-Training als ein Hotelaufenthalt.

Fazit: Dieses Hotel verdient keine 3 Sterne. Eher einen Warnhinweis. Nie wieder.

Nothing special about the hotel. Hotel rates are extremely high. Look for alternatives.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, they made us feel home. Room cleaning frequency was very good, AC was working well which was very important to us, kids loved the pool and slides. Food was delicious and the variety was just enough. The hotel is very close to the center and we enjoyed restaurants and shops in the walking distance. It was a great stay

Hotel is very clean and somehow modern, nice furniture and features. Swimming pool with terrace, restaurant with outside sitting for breakfast.
withing walking distance form restaurants and bars. Staff is very nice, they all speak English, free parking in front of the hotel!

The hotel did not have the family room condo available when we checked in. They put us in a triple room for first night, then moved us the next day to family
Room. They could not figure out how to reimburse us for the first night stay since it was a lower cost room by 100 euros. We had to pay entire price upfront or we would not be able
To stay. Now I have to ask Travelocity to reimburse us. Beds were hard could not sleep, rooms were clean, breakfast was ok, staff was nice, kid loved water slide and playground.

I just returned from a stay at the hotel Billurcu and only have great things to say about it. It is a medium sized Family oriented hotel with several different room options such as singles, doubles, triples and apartments that come with a kitchenette and living space. The hotel spaces are clean and comfortable and the staff is attentive and friendly. We never sat long at the pool or the lobby for someone to stop by ask us how we are doing and if there is anything we need. The hotel has several pools, some equipped with slides for children and adults. Next to the pool there was plenty of seating and lounge area and the pool side bar had cool drinks and small meals that were available throughout the day. The hotel buffet offers a wide variety of local and international dishes that are both delicious and visually pleasing. The hotel owner speaks German, English and Turkish and is a wealth of information regarding history, local events and places to visit and Tips for overall visit to Turkey. They can assist in Transfers to and from the airport, local tours, flight information and money exchange. The hotel is located within 2 hours of several historical sites and UNESCO World Heritage sites such as the ancient city of Troy, Pergamon and Ephesus. The hotel is happy to assist in booking tours for you. The hotel has handicap friendly rooms and pool accessories and is very accommodating to families with children. They offer high- chairs, cribs, toddler pool, small water slide, children’s beach toys and a playground on premises. They also have a game room with board games, fuss ball table and pool table. The hotel beach is located on 7 km of sand beach and has an attendant that will bring you a lounge chair and ask you if there is anything you need as soon as you arrive. He also cleans the area several times a day to make sure no garbage is left on the beach. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking to relax at the Aegean Sea-

Öncelikle oteldeki istisnasız tüm personel oldukça yardımsever. Hepsine teşekkür ederim. Tüm isteklerimizle alakadar oldular müşteriden ziyade misafir yaklaşımı sergilediler.
Otelde 4 adet farklı derinliklerde havuz var ve her yaş grubuna hitap ediyor. Beş dakika yürüme mesafesinde özel plajı var.
Oda konforu tatmin edici boyutta, fakat mobilyaların elden geçmesi gerektiği kanaatindeyim. Kapı kollarından başlanmasını öneririm. Ayrıca her odada klima da mevcut...
Oda-kahvaltı ya da yarım pansiyon seçenekleri sonrasında alacağınız diğer hizmetler ekstraya giriyor, fakat bunun kontrolü düzgün bir şekilde yapılmıyor. Konaklama bitişinin çıkışında bize yüksek bir ekstra maliyet çıkardılar ve kontrol etmek zorunda kaldım. Sonrasında da kullanmadığımı beyan ettiğim hizmetlerin/ürünlerin fiyatlarını düştüler. Burada biraz eksiklikleri var.
C19 sonrası ile ilgili olarak odaların temizliğinin ozonla yapıldığını ifade ettiler.Her katta dezenfektan mevcut. Gerekli tedbirlerin alındığını söyleyebilir.
Son olarak kahvaltıları için orta-üst seviyede demek istiyorum. Hamur işleri oldukça başarılı ama kahvaltı sıcakları için aynı şeyi söyleyemem. Akşam yemekleri içinse standart diyebilirim. Mutfak kısmında biraz desteğe ihtiyaçları olduğunu düşünüyorum.
Beklentilerimizi %75 oranında karşıladığını ifade edebilirim.

Pis, kötü, eşyalar eski, odalar eski ve kokuyor. Iki gün rezervasyon yapmıştık, bir gece zor yatıp çıktık. Hotels.com sana da yakışmadı. Reklamdaki fotoğraglarla otelin ilgisi yok.

Biraz yabancı gibi yaşadık otel ve personel ile. Daha detaylı bilgi verilebilirdi. Otel içinde içecek ler çok pahalı dışardan içeçek sokmak yasakmış, sokulursa o içeceğin aynısının otel fiyatı üzerinden hesaba eklenecek miş, tabi bunu ben beş litrelik suyu sokarken müdür ün onu sokamazsınız yasak demesiyle öğrendim. Ama gene soktum ve çıkarken de Allahtan bir şey demediler de mutlu huzurlu ayrıldık. Otel önündeki yoldaki logar deliklerinden çok pis lağım kokusu geliyor. Sadece yolda duyuyorsunuz. Yemeklere gelinceye kahvaltı lar güzeldi sıkıntı yok, yalnız akşam yemekleri nin pek tadı yoktu dört gün de bir kere çorba içebildik. Soğuk meze bol ancak 10 da 1 i yemeğe değer. Tabak ların bazen koltuğunu da fark ettik. Genel olarak verdiğimiz paraya değerdi.

Denize oldukça uzak, önündeki otel inşaatının etrafından dolaşılıyor, biz denize sıfır sanmıştık

We had a great stay end of may 2019. Our room was on 3 flour with pool view. Room were clean,staff is very friendly. We booked with halfboard with breakfast and dinner, both open buffet was very delicious, we enjoyed the meals. Had wonderful sunny days at 27C. Water was a littlebit cold at 19-20C to swim, but enough for relaxing on the beach. Ayvalik next city is very interesting for sightseeing and shopping only 7 km far. We highly recommend this family hotel in aegean cost.

Otel calisanlari terbiyesiz ve ilgisiz di otel tam anlamiyla musteri memnuniyetini onemsememekle kalmiyor ayni zamanda musterilerden nasil daha fazla para kazaniriz gozuyle bakiyor. Otel musterilerini daha coj memnun edip daha buyuk bir musteri kitlesi kazanmak yerine musterilerine tavuk gozuyla bakip daha cok nasil yolabileceklerini dusunuyor . Kesinlikle gelmenizi onermiyorum ayrica tekrardan soyluyorum calisanlar terbiye ve kibarlik kavramindan uzak ayriyetten sifir guleryuzle calisiyor. Gelmenizi kesinlikle onermiyorum.
