La atención del personal... me cobraron estacionamiento y al llegar no había... tuvimos que dejar el vehículo afuera... el personal no fue muy amable... el desayuno no fue muy rico... las instalaciones del Hotel no son muy limpias.

A localização é excelente. E os funcionários super cordeais.

Cons:

Pelo preço imaginei que as acomodações fossem melhor, no entanto são antigas. O chuveiro bem arcaico. Sem contar na barata que tinha na recepção

Bom atendimento, noite tranquila, espaços agradáveis.
Pros:

Espaço amplo, bonito e limpo. Equipe de atendimento muito simpática e solícita. Só não consegui usar o restaurante para o jantar, pois havia um só funcionário que teve que se ausentar. Mas, no café da manhã, deu tudo certo.

Não há relatos negativos em relação à instituição.

Limpeza do banheiro - muito bolor nos azulejos e rejuntes.
Tinha sangue no lençol e um fio de cabelo comprido. Eu e meu marido temos cabelo curto.

Muito bom! Fantástico!
Pros:

Limpeza do quarto excelente, cafe da manha completo, piscina muito boa, boa localização, eu e minha esposa gostamos muito do hotel e qdo voltarmos pra Foz com certeza nos hospedaremos no hotel Foz do Iguaçu novamente!
