Tienen un buen servicio en general. El spa es muy completo
La verdad que no hay nada que nos guste
el trato,la comida, la ubicacion,la comodidad.
la puerta fallaba mucho(la targeta),el spa habia algun corro que no funcionaba,(catarata alta,el hielo)
El hotel en general es muy cómodo y la piscina balneario es una maravilla

El desayuno
No había calefacción y el agua no salía caliente.
No hay nada a destacar.
El baño fue un griterío de gente que parecía más a una piscina pública que un balneario. No sé respeto el tema del silencio.
La comida estaba fría pero estaba buena.
Excesivo calor en el ascensor.
Necesita una renovación en plan inmobiliaria. La moqueta de todo el hotel dejaba mucho que desear.

La ubicación
El hotel deja bastante que desear en términos generales. El personal es muy amable y las instalaciones sin mas, el problema son los pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia... muy poco tiempo en el spa, además cuando se acaba ese tiempo te echan rápidamente, te tienes que salir prácticamente corriendo de la piscina. La comida bastante mal... El desayuno aún es aceptable, calidad baja pero aún tienen algo de variedad... pero la cena horrible. Variedad prácticamente inexistente y calidad bastante reducida. Te lo ofrecen cuando llegas al hotel con una supuesta reducción que se aplica si lo coges en el momento (25€ por cabeza) si lo hubiéramos visto antes, nos habríamos ido a algún bar del pueblo y por menos habríamos cenado infinitamente mejor. En la habitación las sábanas estaban manchadas (la típica mancha que no se ha ido con lavarlo, pero que no debería volver a utilizarse ya que es claramente visible)... La piscina exterior helada (aunque te dicen que esta todo el año a una temperatura de creo r3cordar 32°) la explicación que dieron es agua termal y no depende de ellos (entonces no se debería promocionar asi)... son varios detalles que nos defraudaron mucho... y mas viniendo con reseñas de familiares que han estado hace año y fue buena la experiencia. Por el precio he estado en hoteles de menos estrellas e infinita mejor calidad....
