Pros:

Comfortabele, schone kamer. Goede locatie. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en van goede kwaliteit. Veel glutenvrije opties (voor als dat belangrijk is).

Cons:

Het hotel had weinig sfeer. De receptionist was beleefd maar verder niet gezellig. Een wat warmer welkom met wat goede tips voor het dorp zou leuk zijn geweest.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels mitten im Städtchen, die Größe des Zimmers und die Ausstattung, auch des gesamten Hotels, die aufmerksame und bemühte Rezeptionistin.
Es gab ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Bei unsere Ankunft hatte die Suite leider nur 16 Grad Raumtemperatur und es stellte sich heraus, dass die Heizung der Klimaanlage leider defekt war. Die Rezeptionistin bemühte sich sofort noch um einen Techniker. Mit einem Heizlüfter konnte aber dann schnell noch eine erträglich Temperatur erreicht werden.

l'impianto di riscaldamento della stanza non era particolarmente efficace e quindi faceva un pò freddo. ma comunque era disponibile piumino che ha risolto almeno per la notte

La disponibilità del personale alla accoglienza. La signora alla reception al momento del nostro arrivo ci ha immediatamente risolto il problema del terzo letto per la bambina. Camera ampia e ben arredata, con finestra e finestrone. Bagno attrezzato e ben areggiato. Tipica struttura di zona di montagna.

Cons:

Qualche piccolo dettaglio sulle zanzariere con qualche foro. Per il resto tutto ok.

Un gioiello nel gioiello
Pros:

Esperienza piacevolissima presso quest’hotel immerso nel magico borgo di Petralia Soprana. Struttura nuova, ben rifinita, curata e pulita. Le camere sono comode e accoglienti. Intorno regna una pace che consente di staccare completamente dalla vita frenetica della città.
Saremo felici di tornarci presto per fare base e continuare, così, a girare per i meravigliosi borghi delle Madonie!
