Pros:

Nice room with good sized bathroom.

Cons:

Water boil notice was in effect, which made a stay with a baby a little complicated. The mattresses where pretty worn-out (would need to be exchanged).

Comfortable and in attractive location.
Pros:

Lovely location with room opening to view of the river and garden

Cons:

Nothing really. Just a bit of noise during the night from late night guests returning.
We were lucky that the weather was gorgeous. It might have been. Inconvenient in wet weather to have to cross the road for breakfast and meals.

Drive for Breakfast
Pros:

Room was spacious

Cons:

Having to go up and across the road to the main hotel for Breakfast. My understanding of Bed & Breakfast was in one venue, not have to trek to another Hotel.

So chilled out at the Lodge bar.

Perfect group or golfing holiday location.
Pros:

Nice friendly and attentive staff. Great location. Perfect for golfing or group holiday.

Cons:

We booked well in advance and our rooms were adjacent to road / carpark with no view of the beautiful natural surroundings. The cost did not reflect this.

Pros:

Good bed and breakfast, friendly staff, nice surroundings

Cons:

The finishing touches in the room and hotel are poor, and that's a pity. Live music in the bar was extremely poor.
Above the sauna are enormous dead tree branches which needs to be preuned ASAP as this is a serious H&S issues.
The bathroom can do with an upgrade, old toilet which use an enormous amount of water, old bath which should be replaced with a nice shower, nobody takes a bath in a hotel.
