Lovely clean, spacious and pleasant surroundings.. So quiet and relaxing, only the sound of the river running behind the Lodge, just what we needed for a quiet weekend...Nothing, everything was ideal ..

Not able to stay in Lodge due to flooding
Location of The Lodge at Woodenbridge is handy to many interesting places in the vicinity. The food and hospitality at the adjacent hotel is wonderful.
It was hard to get the temperature right for the room- quite warm. The pillows were a on the thin side.
Good breakfast selection, only gripe I have is the quality of the coffee at breakfast. The staff were very nice and attentive.
The coffee served at breakfast.
Fabulous location. Staff were brilliant. The Evening meal in the Bar was excellent, we had family over for dinner and the staff were great with the kids.
The heating in the room was centrally controlled with a smart screen that you were supposed to be able to turn the heat down, it didn’t & the room was like a sauna. We had to contact reception to turn the heat off. Also can we have mugs in the room so you can have a decent drink of tea instead of the old fashioned cups.
We had one breakfast, it was poor. The bacon was undercooked and looked like it had barely seen the heat, there were empty and & at best the food was tepid, the best bit was the toaster.
I stayed in the lodge which had a small balcony and beautiful view over the small river outside. Super comfy room. I needed an electrical cable and the staff went out of their way to find one.
Lovely location, staff incredibly helpful especially Shannon.
The room was clean but the bathroom was not as clean as it the rest of the room.
Friendly and helpful staff. Food was really good and very reasonably priced. Great quality all round.
Couldn't stay long enough 😄
Location cudnt be any more stunning, absolutely breathtaking.
Breakfast was delicious, a wide variety to choose from.
The staff are a great team, very friendly and cant do enough for ter guests. Rory, a young man who served us dinner is a real asset to the Hotel, he's full of character and eager to please guests.
Small double bed , the description wen booking the room stated the bed would be small Queen sized.
The initial booking was for the Lodge across the street, however the rooms flooded and we were able to stay in the main hotel which was really nice. We went during off season time so price was grand and the complimentary breakfast was spectacular! Recommend getting the Irish breakfast and trying the black pudding. The staff were very friendly and room was clean! Only tip is if you drink coffee and use the Nespresso machine, just clean it prior to use. Everything else was amazing I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a phenomenal stay in Ireland.
Coffee machine cleanliness
The location is excellent and the food was delicious.
