Well maintained hotel

Room was clean and quiet. Overall good experience.

Best hospitality. The hotel staff drove us to have a wonderful seafood dinner at the beach. Also dropped us off at the airport. Really enjoyed the experience there

I liked the size of the room and the drivers that would take you anywhere without a charge ir find a taxi service for out of the immediate area.

The owner was very kind and helpful! He even speaks Mandarin and uses WeChat! Otherwise we will be totally lost in this area. He drives guests to the nearby areas for free and he recommends all the best restaurants in town! Highly recommended!

This hotel is an absolute Sh----le. The guy at the desk tried to put me in a "closet" sized room just off the lobby and when I complained that it was not a "view" room and the A/C was putting out warm air, he said the hotel was full. This was a bait and switch scam. I said I was going to leave and then he magically found another larger room on the 2nd floor that was just barely a step up from the dungeon. The room I ended up in had no working shower and the filler for the tub was so loose I had to hold it with one hand while I manipulated the water. I have stayed in thousands of hotel rooms during my airline pilot career and while traveling for pleasure and this was, without doubt, the worst room I have ever experienced. Hotels.com should ban this hotel. It is a disgrace.

（带猫回国，非常推荐！）I had a stop in Incheon between flights and chose this hotel. It’s the only hotel near Incheon Airport that allows pets! I came with my cat and had the best experience here - clean, quiet, view of the ocean from my room, super friendly and helpful staff. It’s about a ten minute drive from the airport and you can call for the hotel to pick you up from the airport. There’s a restaurant a couple minutes walk away and a few minutes drive away from Eulwangni Beach. They offer free transport to and from the beach. 如果是中国人的话，酒店也有会说中文的叔叔，人非常好。房间就能看到海，走路就到附近小饭店。饭店也有会说中文的延吉阿姨。不管是带猫旅行/转机，还是来看演唱会都非常推荐！（看到小红书上说去演唱会场馆来回也有免费接送）

Very friendly staff. Easy to communicate with via KakaoTalk. They have a free 24-hour shuttle service to and from Inspire Resort which was a huge upside for us as we were there for a few Ateez at the resort. They also shuttle you to and from the airport for only 10,000krw per trip. The room was small but just enough. The bathroom is huge. It’s a little awkward because the bathroom is just a frosted panel separating the bathroom from the beds. It echos. Overall, I would stay again.

Room for 3 people was too small. No room to open luggage. Room had broken shutters patched with tape, hole in the wall with Kleenex stuck in it & a dead crab with rubbish in corner of room.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Went above and beyond to acommodate our family and dog and then take us early in the morning to get to the airport.

グランドマネージャーとフロントスタッフがとても親切せした。近くのレストランは非常にローカルな韓国料理店が一店あるだけと立地条件は余り良くないのですが、フロントスタッフが食事の希望を聞いてくれて、ありがたいことに送迎までして下さいました。お金を払おうとしたのですが受け取って下さいませんでした。「Customer　Service」とのことでした。帰りの空港まで送ってもらったときの握手の時に相応のお金を渡しました。これは、喜んで受け取って下さいました。

Very helpful staff, stayed up late to run a shuttle for drop off and pickup for an event at INSPIRE (EDC), avoiding hours long waits for taxis.

Tiny hotel, rooms are small just ok for a few hours stay.

shower towel licayion is too far from bathromm. no toothbrush cup. no "c" type charger conector. etc.

건물이나 방상태가 조금 허름하긴 합니다. 호텔이라고 쓰고 모텔이라고 읽는 딱 그정도..그런데 서비스가 너무 좋어요. 근처 중요한 곳(공항 인스파이어 편의점 을왕리등)도 24시간 언제든지 로비에 말씀드리면 태워다주시고 돌아올때도 연락하면 픽업해주십니다. 다른 편의 사항도 가능한 부분에서 다 신경써주시고, 방은 솔직히 그냥 모텔방인데 있을건 다있습니다. 침대도 편하고요. 짐을 놓을 공간이나 장롱같은게 없는게 좀 아쉽지만 하루이틀 묵기 딱 좋았어요. 티비는 유튜브도 나오고 ㅎㅎ..주변에 인스파이어아레나가 있어서 공연보러 오는 사람들이 많이 묵을거같네요. 저도 또 공연 볼일 있으면 다시 예약하겠습니다.
