Melko hyvä hotelli, huono asiakaspalvelu
Pros:

Hotelli oli sinänsä ihan hyvä, vaikka tiloissa näkyy kulumisen merkkejä. Huone oli melko isokokoinen ja pienellä parvekkeella. Hotellissa yöpyvät enimmäkseen kotimaisia asiakkaita ja se näkyy aamiaisella, joka on thai-painotteinen.

Cons:

Huomasin hotellista lähdön jälkeen, että minulla puuttuu farkut, eli jätin ne ilmeisesti vaatekaapin ”pimeäseen” nurkaan. Laitoin viestin varausfirman (booking.com) kautta – ei vastausta. Koska minulla oli ystäviä, jotka asuivat samassa hotellissa, pyysin heitä kysyä housujen perään hotellin vastanotolla. Ikävä kyllä ei tämäkään onnistunut, vaikka on ilmoitettu oleskeluaika ja huoneen numero. Ilmeisesti henkilökunta ei ymmärtänyt, mistä on kyse. Olen hyvin pettynyt hotellin asiakaspalveluun.

Pros:

Strand war sehr sauber, direkt vor dem Hotel, schöner Strand. Schwimmen gut möglich, man kann weit hinein laufen. Bei entsprechedem Wetter Quallen. Tidenhub nicht sehr groß. Wir haben keinerlei Belästigung durch Verkäufer oder andere Badegäste erlebt. Das Publikum besteht aus zumeist älteren Badegästen oder Familien mit Kindern.

An der wenig befahrenen Fußgänger-Strandstraße liegen viele Restaurants und kleinere Geschäfte in allen Preisklassen. Trotz belebter Umgebung war im Hotel absolute Ruhe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und verfügte über gute Englisch-Kenntnisse. Jede Beanstandung wurde sofort abgestellt, sofern möglich. Im Restaurant zeigt das Personal Professionalität, hat offensichtlich eine Fachausbildung, was sehr angenehm war. Positiv war auch das Fehlen von Animationsprogrammen. Die Aussenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt, ebenso ein Pool, der bewacht wird.

Das Essensangebot war überzeugend. Umfangreiches Frühstück mit guter Abwechslung, geschmackvoll. Auch das warme Essen war vielfältig und bot ein gutes Angebot für Gäste aus allen Herkunftsländern. Wir waren sehr überrascht und erfreut.

Cons:

Das Hotel bietet leider nur ein offenes Wifi ohne Passwort. Das sollte unbedingt geändert werden. Seine Erreichbarkeit ist stabil und weit. Dennoch haben wir uns zur sicherheit Simkarten zugelegt.

Kamer werd elke dag grondig schoongemaakt.
Grote kamer met uitzicht op zee.
