The Staff are very helpful especially the ones at the front desk. They are very professional and accommodating. Their staff as well are very helpful and attentive.
It's also just an 8 min drive from the JB sentral CIQ.
The breakfast buffet could have a little improvement like a variation of the main dish daily. The food was great it's just that everyday our main dish is the same. 😅
Easy to reach to some destinations
Breakfast was beyond expectations
Room seems to be noisy due to loud music from clubs downstairs. Quite annoying.
Room was clean although dated. The staff was friendly and helpful at reception. We got a room near the elevator, so it is convenient between convention programs. Short walk to street food.
The property was dated, and could use a touch up. We checked in and had to request for towels. Public toilets could use more frequent cleaning during the day, particularly in full/busy periods.
The Room facilities are not matching with the price paid for:
- old and deterioded furnitures
- mould in the bathroom, shower and basin
- tapware are sruffy, old, hard to adjust
- no mini bar, not even a bottle opener: when asked for one, it takes ages, and not allow to keep it in the room, inssisting to open the bottle for you and take the bottle opener away
- capet is worn and torn at the entrance of the shower room, needle exposed
- TV is to facing the bed
- air-conditioning is not cool, and in some are is warm

I attending our company dinner recently.
overall i am satisfied with the hotel room.
Parking available and spacious but far from the hotel lobby lift.
Breakfast is good abd variable.
1. Parking.
Too far from the lobby hotel for check in.
2. During our dinner.
i. after each dish was served and we finished eating. The waiter did not pick up the used bowls or plates.
ii. there were no spoons, forks or tissues on the table. Only chopstick 😂
iii. no drinking/mineral water on the table.
3. Room
Our Telco line coverage at 9th floor was very poor. Only one bar and always disconnected. My room is with the ocean view. Please solve this matter .
