The location. Lots of food variety.

The walkway to carpark is soo inconvenient. Have to park at level 6 carpark and take staircase.

We appreciate the staff there.
Pros:

The hotel staff were nice, breakfast was good and delicious.

Cons:

It was so noisy at night all the way to 5+ am due to the loud music and noise from the night club(s) downstairs, i was staying at 15th floor. It was THAT loud and disturbing.

Good location, views to Singapore, next to ferry terminal for Batam; good swimming pool; good breakfast; good room.

Cons:

Shower unit is quite dated, fixed head, no flexible hose, and inside a bath.

Pros:

Breakfast so far okay, the food delicious
Room so beautiful and comfortable

Cons:

This is just suggestion for breakfast - nasi minyak not suitable for breakfast, maybe can change it to nasi lemak because its our local food for breakfast
can add mushroom soup and garlic bread also
