Breakfast was fair but nothing outstanding, strategic location

Cons:

Low quality bed, too close to pub/disco...loud music can be heard until wee hours... A lot of Sexy girls walking in and out of the hotel especially after dark downgrading its high class four star image... Mall is also dying, hotel parking and lifts does not provide convenience...

Tempat Parking kereta yang menyeramkan
3 hari 2 malam menginap disini.. tak sampai satu malam park kereta dekat parking hotel.. .keluar kereta terus park depan hotel ( berbayar )
Untuk ke lift hotel dari parking hotel, sangat la jauh ya .
Buffet breakfast, hmm.. tak berapa menyelerekan
Bilik : cadar boleh la satu hotel tukar cadar baru. Ada kesan kotoran rasanya cuci pun tak hilang .

Pros:

Room are okay nice. Just the windows got some moss. Staff are friendly. Just the parking. Why so far from reception. Need to climb 6 floor to park then climb stair somemorw then need to walk at least 500m just to get to the lift to reach room.

Convenient location, but the room condition affected the overall value of the stay.
Pros:

The property is in a convenient location, especially for access to Stulang Laut ferry terminal for travel from Johor Bahru to Batam.

Cons:

The room had a noticeable musty and damp smell, with visible signs of mould in areas that appeared to have been painted over rather than properly fixed. This suggested the issue may not have been fully resolved, and we requested a room change.

The room was also missing some basic features and amenities, including a bedside table, power points near the bed, and face or hand towels in the bathroom. In addition, the air conditioning could not be adjusted properly, and the toilet did not flush well, so we had to wait before flushing again.

Based on the overall room condition and facilities, the stay did not reflect good value for the price paid.
