Great location, thermal with a view
Pros:

We loved the view, the hot bath, sauna and turkish bath (beware of your jewellery- the thermal bath is sulphuric). Hotel is really nice with limited parking space, nice recreational garden with view and staff was super friendly.
Breakfast was great and versatile.

Dinner was good but a little to the small side (hubby went hungry from the table) and staff was respectful and capable.
Price for a bottle wine 25-30€ (it tasted good).

Cons:

We missed coffee/tea in the room. Coffee to go, coffee to get for a casual cup of coffee somewhere...

Pros:

Posizione comoda al centro

Cons:

Nella SPA funzionava solo sauna e bagno turco, Nella zona relax c'era freddo così come era fredda l'acqua della piscina a causa di un problema (verificatosi dal mattino abbiamo saputo solo più tardi dal bagnino quando è stata sollevata la lamentela) ma non siamo stati messi al corrente ne al momento del checkin ne dal bagnino alla consegna di telo e cuffia

Pros:

Hotel è stato ristrutturato ,spa molto bella specialmente la sauna che dalla vetrata si vede la piscina esterna termale sulfuria a 36 °gradi (il punto di forza ) affacciandosi sul lago .

Tantissimi punti:
- posizione ottima, a due passi dal castello
- parcheggio privato a pagamento ma comodissimo
- stanza confortevole con un ottimo materasso, arredamento nuovo
- gentilezza e cordialità di tutto lo staff, in particolar modo del personale check in e addetto sicurezza della piscina

Buona esperienza
Pros:

Ottima posizione rispetto al centro storico, staff accogliente e camera piccola ma pulita e silenziosa. La spa è pulita, pratica e molto funzionale allo scopo.

Cons:

Stanza relax accanto a spa molto piccola rispetto al numero degli ospiti che si avvale dell'area spa (soprattutto in inverno quando non è possibile utilizzare il giardino esterno). Colazione non abbondante, poche alternative soprattutto sul dolce. Peggior difetto il parcheggio, costo elevato 12€ al giorno ed estremamente piccolo. Dovrebbero evidenziare di più la disponibilità limitata e il costo, davvero spropositato.
