Good and clean

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I am delighted again. 10 minutes walk from the beach and the center, supermarket across the street, excellent restaurant open 24 hours next door, laundry next door. The rooms are spacious, clean, air-conditioned, large fridge, large bathroom, daily cleaning, free water and coffee in the room.

The 99 Voyage is certainly one of my best hotels I have stayed in for Location, Facilities, Staff, Price, Room etc, I have been here in a number of occasions when I do my yearly trip to Thailand each April.

Location - the hotel is very well located, its just up a street from the Patong hospital, there's plenty of street food markets, shops, restaurants, bars, clubs and of course the very well known Bangla Road, all within walking distance and if you prefer a more relaxing time there is also a massage located at the same site. The Patong beach is also within walking distance if you choose to go there.

Facilities - its a hotel with everything you need, motorcycle parking, tea/ coffee machine, 24/7 reception, toilets on the ground floor incase you are unable to make it to your room in time, touristy leaflets/ advice/noticeboards if you haven't been to Phuket before. There is a swimming pool which you can use which is offsite at the sister hotel.

Staff - All the staff at the hotel are extremely friendly people, always happy to help and support you when needed - they have a lot of time for their guests. If you like to speak a little Thai to them i.e "Saweseee Krab" they will really appreciate this and will respond saying "Saweseee Ka" and maybe some other Thai words which you will not understand ahah. Everytime I've been here I've been able to have a joke and a laugh with the staff which work here and I find them all very accommodating.

Price - very reasonably price and I would say its the best value hotel you would get when staying in Phuket, it is certainly not the cheapest hotel but it is good for travellers going to Thailand with a budget in mind. For the price you pay it is a very good deal.

Room size - Everytime I have been here I have stayed in the Superior High floor double room, the room is bigger than your average hotel room, the room comes with a king-size bed, in room safety deposit box, on suite private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, a balcony with drying rack and a table and two chairs, large wardrobe to hide your suitcase and plenty of hangers to hang your clothes up. A TV is also included however I don't go on holiday to watch TV. There is also a fridge in the room which is topped up with x2 new bottles of water each day by the hotel.

The 99 Voyage is perfect for families, solo travellers and couples wanting to go to Phuket and feel comfortable in the hotel they are staying in. If the 99 Voyage continues to exceed my expectations then I will be going back to this hotel for many years to come and will certainly continue to recommend for anyone else to go here as well.

I have my next stay here booked for 3 weeks in April 2021 - I'm hoping Thailand will be open agian then considering the Covid-19 situation. I was also supposed to be going this year in April 2020 however due to Covid-19 I was unable to do so.

Air conditioning and heater in the shower did not work, window view of the wall. There is no kettle and accessories in the room, it is dark, the safe is locked. Hotel owner is very greedy and angry. Never again

I have stayed at this apartment hotel many times and always in the same room. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and even help me with my Thai pronunciation even though they giggle at my mistakes. We have fun and it makes my stay even more enjoyable. Nothing is too difficult and I couldn’t be happier. Located just a few minutes from the beach and near the Hospital and Police station it is a very safe area away from the bustle of Bangla Road but still only minutes away. I will be back!

Our room smelled of sewage. The receptionist was terribly rude and refused to acknowledge the unbearable smell. They did nothing to assist us and said that they could not offer us another room. We had to find another hotel to stay the night. They did not refund or apologize to us to the inconvenience.

Hotel is close enough to Banglaroad.Rooms were quitely clean.It was very difficult to sleep because of motorbike and car noise.Sound insulation needs to be done for balcony door to perevent the noise.Hotel provides you breakfast voucher which you can use it at nearby restaurant(open for 7/24).

The room is very spacious, we are free to do activities even though up to 4 people. Facilities are not new models, but are clean and well-maintained. The room is sufficient, although I can't see the beach view.
The beach is not too far away, only about 15 minutes walk.

The room was absolutely perfect and relaxing,the staff are so helpful,me and my partner stayed here for 2 days and we really enjoyed our stay. But every morning around 6:30 to 7am,infront of our corridor is too noisy,alot of people talking to loud ,we are always waking up early morning like an alarm clock.But we enjoyed it 😁 we stayed at room 103

I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel was so clean and only 8 mins walking distance to beach for value. 3 nights and the rates are fantastic in Agoda. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Tours are 50% off!! 500-750 thb!!

Cleanliness is a deal breaker for me and this hotel for only 280 thb, surprised me as I've seen a few for low prices and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. But, 99 Voyage Patong is very nice!!

Before booking this hotel, I had spent more than an hour researching hotels in Patong online, as I needed a room for 15 nights. I didn't want to book the wrong place for a stay that long! And it turned out to be a great place to stay and good value for money. I had booked at a good rate on Agoda (which in my experience usually provides best rates for Southeast Asia).

The room was spacious, well-maintained and very clean, thanks to an excellent housekeeping team that even wet-mopped the floor of the room each day to keep it spotless. Air-con was cold, bed was big and mattress firm (as usual in Asia), just the way I like it. There was a big fridge in the room and a storage cupboard, hot shower that was working well, and even a separate cold shower in the bathroom.

The hotel is located in a busy street with a 7-Eleven across the road, a decent bar across the road too, massage place downstairs, coffee stall (great iced mocha!) and mango stall (ask the lady to peel and cut the sweet mangoes for you) about 100 meters to the right when exiting the hotel, and several restaurants including a 24-hour place with international menu about 50 meters to the left when exiting the hotel, which has excellent tasting, affordable dishes with fresh ingredients. From the hotel it's about 15 minutes walk to the Jungceylon mall and the Bangla Road party area and red-light district, which can probably be considered the town centre of Patong. The whole area around the hotel and all streets in the neighbourhood are full of shops, restaurants, massage places, hair salons, etc. - the hotel is in a lively place.

99 Voyage is an excellent hotel, at an affordable price, in a good part of Patong: strongly recommended!

Was pleasantly surprised by a warm welcome and outstanding room here - equipped with AC, comfortable beds, a balcony, tv, fridge with welcome waters, a self contained shower and a spacious environment. They even helped us with a flight problem upon check out - would definitely recommend staying here.

We got a room with broken AC and hot water, So basically there was only a bed. When we complained about this they couldn't even find a proper technician to fix that. Night stay was horrible with sweating. We even asked for another room or a refund but both were rejected. Worst experience in hotels ever

Room was spacious but walls quite thin. Could hear lift sound and even people in the corridors. The bathroom felt old. However the room was clean. A few decent eateries at walking distance. And a great shopping area just below the hotel.

Our room was basic but clean, the AC worked extremely well (we usually had to turn it down after a few minutes), and the bathroom and shower were also simple but equally clean and functional. Service at the desk was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast (included with our fee) at the 24-hour restaurant next door was very good. My only issue was that the surrounding area was pretty run-down, and the walk to the beach takes you past horrible-smelling sewage and garbage. There are (slightly) nicer parts of Patong, which we didn’t know about until a couple days into our trip, but staying in those areas is probably more expensive. For the price, 99 Voyage is pretty tough to beat.

Simple hotel, clean and centrally located! Staff are friendly rooms are very clean! If you are looking for a a simple hotel just to spend your night in the room for sleeping, this is the hotel to go! One will not regret! We didn’t! Strongly recommend! We had a pleasant 5 day stay with my family!

Stayed here for 3 nights, room was quite spacious compared with other small hotels. The Receptionist cant find my booking from Agoda at first and it took 30 mins to check in but it was okay. Dont want to complain too much during the holidays.

Bed was very comfy. AC worked well. TV was old already but it didn't matter. Wifi connection was good. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and they cleaned the room very well.

Good value for money.

A great check in and check out. We came for 4 nights but stay 6 night in the end. They clean the room every day and very well. The workers are very nice and always help us. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the walking street, and 15 from the beach. have wifi in the room too! We recomend of course
