Very disappointed
Pros:

It was close to my destination

Small but comfortable value
Pros:

The room was very functional and the bed was very comfortable. The staff completely outshined the rooms and were very very helpful!

Cons:

Beverly Hills, traffic, Drive in there, and parking. Otherwise everything was quite well

An ideal location for exploring Beverly Hills.
Pros:

The hotel's location was excellent, which more than made up for any shortcomings of the accommodation. The hotel staff, with one exception, were friendly and helpful. Paid parking was available in a nearby parking garage.

Cons:

The room furnishings are old and sometimes inadequate.
Be careful when using the rear entrance, as triggering the alarm may result in a fine.
However, I do appreciate that after I sent an email explaining the situation, the hotel refunded the charge.
Our room didn't have a private bathroom, but we were able to use a shared bathroom in the hallway, which wasn't a problem for a few nights. If you're willing to pay more, rooms with a private bathroom are also available.

Great location.

Cons:

It felt very unsafe. Our lock in the door was broken which we reported multiple times to the reception. Some man opened our door in the middle of the night and just stared at us… very scary for a group of females travelling

Great location and parking, if only the shower worked properly it would have been better.

Cons:

Shower did not work properly and leaked the entire stay. Could feel the springs in the mattress. Window couldnt close to block noisy backside of restaurant.

Pros:

The location was excellent, is a super nice area, super near to Rodeo Drive. At least for a night stay that I had, it works for me.

Cons:

is an old hotel so you have to consider that, the bathroom door doesn't work well, we can't close it. I think they should consider breakfast for the price I paid.

El trato del personal en especial una mujer no recuerdo el nombre ahora está en el turno de mañana de lunes a viernes, super amable, trato cercano, una persona excelente que la deseo lo mejor, el resto de personal también dieron un trato de 10! La ubicación perfecta, un lugar tranquilo, pequeño pero muy acogedor..sin duda el día que regrese a Los Ángeles volveré alli
