Pros:

Shower had great water pressure.

Cons:

First room they put us next to stairs, and someone had recently smoked in the room. They moved us to a lesser room, which was barely acceptable. Definitely has seen much better days.

The cost of the room was not worth that quality of the rooms
Pros:

The property itself was in a good location. Hot tub and pool was a benefit

Cons:

To much noise.
Even with the window closed the karaoke at the bar across the street was very loud. There was no filter of the hallway noise. You could hear people walking by as if they were in the room with you.
The flag pole outside clanked all day and night from the wind.
The bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows were flat and thin
The sauna was out of service.

Staff was great
Pros:

Hotel staff was great ,but the machines were down so you couldn't get snacks or drinks .and nothing was open .maybe next time have the staff sale drinks or snacks behind tge counter for when machines are down .

I forgot that we were there for work. That's how warm&cozy our stay was.

Pros:

The pool and spa were great. The bed was comfortable and we all like the linens.

Cons:

At times, breakfast food ran out and it took a long time for someone to refill. I didn't notice anyine checking regularly.

Pros:

Nice room for the price that we paid that it was a great value. I hope that holds true in the summertime and they don’t jack up the rates and make it unaffordable.

Pros:

The front desk guys Allen made was just wonderful. Beds were extremely comfortable, pillows were decent. The rooms did NOT smell as I had read, though yes the elevator does not work. For the price, I was very happy. The free breakfast was decent.
