Pros:

Alan was very pleasant upon check in. There was a pool and hot tub. Common areas were kept clean. Included breakfast was nice, food was good.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 nights and they never serviced our room. Our trash was overflowing, we needed fresh hand towels, and needed more tp and toiletries. When mentioning this at check out, she said we should have asked for someone to service the room. We've stayed at places that don't service daily, but not once in 3 days is pushing it. The sauna was broken. The room tv was tiny, and they connected computer speakers to it that were terribly insufficient to hear any sound unless sitting 2 feet from them.

Overall I would go back again and would recommend this hotel
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty awesome and lots of options. The beds where very soft and the room was clean upon arrival.

Cons:

I really wanted to.use the spa and hot tub and for me when I look for hotels that is one of the top things that helps me.choose which one i.stay at and that's why i.choose this hotel . And I was sad that for my 2 day stay those amenities where not available. The sink in room.306 is cracked.

Pros:

Shower had great water pressure.

Cons:

First room they put us next to stairs, and someone had recently smoked in the room. They moved us to a lesser room, which was barely acceptable. Definitely has seen much better days.

The cost of the room was not worth that quality of the rooms
Pros:

The property itself was in a good location. Hot tub and pool was a benefit

Cons:

To much noise.
Even with the window closed the karaoke at the bar across the street was very loud. There was no filter of the hallway noise. You could hear people walking by as if they were in the room with you.
The flag pole outside clanked all day and night from the wind.
The bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows were flat and thin
The sauna was out of service.

Staff was great
Pros:

Hotel staff was great ,but the machines were down so you couldn't get snacks or drinks .and nothing was open .maybe next time have the staff sale drinks or snacks behind tge counter for when machines are down .
