We went here for our week beach trips. Sadly wont be returning

Location was good, there was only one good employee that was extremely helpful

Cons:

Asked for a room service several times in our week stay there. Even put the tag on door to have room serviced. It went ignored till I had to request bedding and change beds myself. Parking is horrible. Beds were ok. But hurt my dads back bad. Put a disabled person at the end of the hall. Was very difficult for him.

I felt it was a little pricey for the condition of the hotel but overall was a pleasant stay.

Fun in Garibaldi!
Pros:

Lovely staff. Hotel rooms were nice and clean. Plenty of amenities.

Cons:

In the description there were supposed to be cookies, tea, and coffee available at all times. There was not. So that was disappointing. Breakfast was free but it was pretty unexciting.

We would definitely stay again.
Pros:

They allowed us to check in early so we could enjoy the beautiful weather in Garibaldi. Very hospitable!

Cons:

The floors around the swimming pool area were wet and slippery. There should’ve been a caution cone, rug or clean up done quickly.

Wonderful family time.
Pros:

Our check in person was very gracious and patient with us as we had 4 rooms to check in. The rooms were very clean and appreciated diligence it showed by the staff.

Cons:

The toilets all seemed to be even shorter than normal which made it very difficult to use. Registration should have more than 1 person to help check in especially when it is "check in" time and the line is very long. Found difficult to find regular / live TV on the TV.
