The morning staff were very unprofessional any question you asked her she had to called management. Ehen I try to tell her wants going on ahe keep switching it around like if it was the other customer service representatives. I told her know she we're amazing. You do not understand what's going on. When dealing with customers she has now customers services skills. Other then that it was great.

The room was not available when we checked in. Hospitality had not started cleaning the room yet. After 30 minutes, it was ready for occupancy.
