According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
Please note that each apartment can accommodate only one small size pet with maximum weight of 10 kg at a daily surcharge. Guests are required to present a valid vaccination card of the animal upon check in. Kindly note that the animals cannot stay unaccompanied. Very friendly staff, comfortable bed and good shower. The breakfast was very good, with local products. I had an issue with the air-conditioner and staff was very helpful to promptly solve it.

They rejected to check us in the middle of night as they had some problem with system integration with Booking.com, even though our booking was confirmed.
