According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
Please note that each apartment can accommodate only one small size pet with maximum weight of 10 kg at a daily surcharge. Guests are required to present a valid vaccination card of the animal upon check in. Kindly note that the animals cannot stay unaccompanied. La habitación era limpia, acogedora, moderna y tranquila. El personal era bastante amable y se esforzaban por vencer la barrera del idioma. Explicaban muy bien al huésped y dierpn buenas recomendaciones.

O lixo que fica na garagem deixa todo o local com mal cheiro, que acaba incomodando até dentro dos elevadores.

The hotel charged me from the credit card even one day prior to the free cancellation day! Even though they refund it after check out. But it still made me lose some money due to the bank charges and exchange rate loss because I used the international credit card. This is very unfriendly to a foreigner.
