Comentario sobre el servicio y rigidez en la extensión de estancia.
Pros:

Me encanto la habitación , limpia , cómoda, buen aire acondicionado, excelente señal de internet, el chorro de agua en la regadera a mi parecer lo mejor , no tuve oportunidad de estar en la alberca , es pequeña para un chapuzón .

Cons:

Traté de extender mi estancia un día más; sin embargo, el personal se negó a asignarme una habitación de una cama argumentando que no era adecuada para tres personas. A pesar de que mi intención era permanecer en el hotel y no le veía inconveniente a trasladarme a una habitación más pequeña, la falta de flexibilidad impidió solucionar la situación. Son detalles operativos e indisposiciones de criterio que la gerencia debería revisar para mejorar la atención y experiencia de los huéspedes.

Pros:

El lugar esta impecable, muy cómodo, tranquilo y bonito. El personal fue muy atento en todo momento. Tiene buena ubicación.

Cons:

No me agrado tanto el precio, es un poco alto. Y el late check out esta excesivo tampoco me gusto que el estacionamiento tuviera costo extra.

Es cómodo y limpio y el personal muy amable

Cons:

Que el desayuno lo sirven tarde, al ser una ciudad, en que los tours empiezan desde las 7 de la mañana , creo que el desayuno debería de servirse a partir de las 6 am pues esa es la finalidad de buscar un hotel con desayuno incluído.

Hôtel qui mériterait une rénovation
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter Mérida à pied. Personnel sympathique et agréable. Très bon petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Nous avons loué deux chambres (2 couples) et clairement, une des chambre à l'étage n'était pas très propre et il y avait constamment des odeurs de remontée d'égout. Rapport qualité/prix moyen.

All good for a few nights stay in Merida with a quiet terrace area by the pool to sit & chill.
Pros:

Breakfast was good with 2 options as well as toast & plenty of coffee.
Location a 10 minute stroll to the main square so just far enough away to be quiet but also handy for bars & restaurants.

The air conditioning was poor. There was no glass on one of the windows, just wooden slats. Because of that the air conditioning wasn't very cool.

Cons:

Je met 9 et non 10 car dans la salle de bain et les toilettes il y a une odeur d’égout qui remonte.
La solution serait peut être de rajouter des galettes sur les bouches de douche.

Pros:

Incredible value for money, we booked about a month in advance and it was far cheaper than anywhere else.
Amazing location. La Negrita bar is the liveliest bar in town, so much fun, but don't worry they close early so there's no late night noise keeping you up.

Cons:

Breakfast is a choice of eggs or waffles everyday. (But who doesn't like eggs and waffles?!)

Nice hotel could be so much better if fixed some issues
Pros:

Great location, room was great size; nice facilities.

Cons:

Breakfast options; staff not always friendly; often had to track down someone to ask for more coffee etc; missing towels in room; trash was dropping by cleaning lady inside room on my porch down my steps. Very expensive to be missing these marks sadly. Could be excellent if fixed minor issues

Dissapointing

Nice Location, nice Roms

Cons:

They had given our room to somebody else , we had to wait 90min for them to find a solution even though they had other rooms available They asked the people in the room to move out and wanted me to take the room without changing the bed-sheets. Staff has no training, there is no manager in charge. I was denied the possibility to even talk over the phone with a superior.

Pros:

Hotel Marionetas was perfectly located near various squares and restaurants. The main Historic Centre was only about 4 blocks away. The main bus station about a 20 minute walk. The hotel staff were all wonderful and very helpful. The room was comfortable - our room overlooked the courtyard and pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Desayuno básico ok

Cons:

Las camas no me parecieron comodas, la regadera principal está tapada por el sarro un foco de la recámara fundido, el grifo del baño está suelto, la persona que atiende el estacionamiento fue grosero en su atencion, los administradores dan mejor trato a los extranjeros que a los mexicanos ya que se siente que cumplen con lo muy básico de educación en mi experiencia, las fotos que suben a Internet no corresponden con la realidad ,la piscina se ve el agua estancada no se si tiene bomba de circulación pero no parece, los desayunos en foto se ven diferentes y algo que me inquietó es una escalera de aluminio en el claro junto al baño y una de las puertas de cristal que dan hacia ese claro no tiene seguro de manera que alguien pudiera entrar por el techo y acceder al cuarto. Me tomé este tiempo por que deseo que mejoren no es personal con nadie
