Location was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful

The staff was very nice, the location is great, the rooms are very big and can host 6 people (up to 4 adults and 2or 3 kids), there is a small kitchenette and a large fridge, breakfast was nice, but not more than that, they have great products but lack of creativity as for the chef...

The property was in a convenient location and safe. There are a lot of stairs and no elevators. There are about 5 free parking spaces, everyone else pays the municipal rate. Hotel was quiet, room large, and beds comfortable.

We got a room on the third floor, no elevator. Our room was very outdated, nothing like the pictures, and not very clean.

Excellent customer service. Really helpful staff. Amazing breakfast!

Surrounding is a good area to see.

Buffet could have a bit more of a variety for north American palate.

When we saw it was entitled Suites, we presumed that there would be an elevator. To get to our room, we had to go down one flight of stairs and up two flights of stairs. A maintenance man helped us with our first small pieces of luggage. We at 70+ years of age pulled our larger bags. This hotel is NOT recommended for seniors. Parking is also only free if you can find a street spot. The more convenient pay spots requires an app which only works on Israeli phones. Our room was nice but be careful in the bathtub which has no mat and is slippery. The breakfast was good and the hotel is convenient.

The hotel is old, it’s small rooms have not been modernized. At check-in, they lost the reservation of the people in front of us. But, the pool was useable and the breakfast was fantastic. One of the clerks was great. You had to take all your needs to her only.

Location is great, the Crater is one block away, and at night you can easily see the Milky Way there. The surrounding area is interesting and there is a shopping center and visitor center within 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive.
The staff is mostly nice and helpful, though the person who checked us out cracked a joke about us owing 5500 euros, which wasn't funny at all.
The room was a bit smaller than we expected, but well suited for our needs. The pool isn't big enough for all the guests too.
The breakfast was excellent with rich selection.
The biggest problem is that the hotel doesn't have free parking, even though it's promised in the listing. Granted, there is a public parking across the street and the front desk sells parking vouchers for a very reasonable price. Still, it's not okay to promise free parking, if it's not really free.
The check-in took about half an hour standing in line to the front desk. They said it wasn't typical, but who knows. The listing also promised full kitchenette in the room with all the utensils, but there were only cups there. In fairness, we asked for more at the front desk and within an hour they brought us a full set of utensils and plates too. We also were one towel short.
The hotel seems nice and renovated, though its planning is awkward, and finding the room can be a challenge.
The room was mostly clean except for the drawers - there was a lot of dust inside and we had to clean it in order to put our things inside the cabinet.

It's ok for a short stay, not enough parking for everyone in the hotel.

A short family visit to Israel south

This was advertised (and priced) as a mini-suite. Only small microwave and mini frig.
Ikea-like furniture was falling apart, cabinet doors off tracks. Surface paint and inside drawers peeling. Window shade didn't open. Sofa bed surface dirty. No hot plate. Kitchen had 3 mugs-- that's it. Took several requests to get basic plates and silverware. LR so small couldn't get to the window when sofabed open.

Great Hotel, pool was really good. The breakfast was great and the attention also.

Nice pool, clean and comfortable rooms

Decent accommodation for family. The location is very good. The room was small yet comfortable. We took two rooms and one of them was not in best shape, I.e. some stains on the sofa and the carpet. The public space was very good. A very nice breakfast. Very nice hospitality. Overall a good experience.

Very comfortable place. Walking distance to the Makhtesh Ramon. Staff was very polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast was generous and tasty.

Name of hotel in hotels.con and actual hotel name on site is a bit misleading. But it's a small issue. Just follow the address and the hotel isn't hard to find.
