Excellent séjour, tout était parfait ! Un grand merci à Kenza à la réception, qui est très gentille, accueillante, souriante et toujours disponible. Merci également à toute l’équipe d’animation, ils sont incroyables, toujours de bonne humeur, très gentils et présents pour aider. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter !

I would like to thank the entire team at Zalagh Hotel for making my stay so enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the hotel itself, its excellent location, and the professionalism of the staff.

A special thank you to the reception team, especially Ms. Nassima, for her warm welcome, kindness, and outstanding customer service. Her professionalism and positive attitude made my stay even more pleasant.

I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Cons:

As a suggestion for improvement, I had requested a double bed, but the room was equipped with two single beds pushed together, which was not as comfortable as an actual double bed. I also believe that the breakfast could be improved by offering more variety and enhancing the overall quality.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel. I look forward to staying here again in the future

Ich reise seit vielen Jahren regelmäßig nach Marrakesch und habe bereits in zahlreichen Hotels unterschiedlicher Kategorien übernachtet. Leider war dieser Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung und entspricht aus meiner Sicht nicht dem Standard, den man von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarten darf.

Gebucht hatte ich ursprünglich ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick über Booking.com. Bereits beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel ein starker muffiger Geruch auf. Das Zimmer wirkte insgesamt sehr veraltet, abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Hinzu kam, dass die Toilettenspülung bzw. der Abfluss nicht ordnungsgemäß funktionierte. Zwar wurde nach meiner Reklamation ein Techniker geschickt, das Problem war jedoch nicht vollständig behoben. Auch die Klimaanlage kühlte trotz dauerhaft niedrigster Einstellung nur unzureichend. Bei Temperaturen von deutlich über 35 Grad in Marrakesch ist eine funktionierende Klimaanlage für mich ein wesentlicher Komfortfaktor.

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeiterin Booking Assistentin Nejla, die sich sehr freundlich und professionell um mein Anliegen gekümmert hat. Dank ihrer Unterstützung erhielt ich kostenfrei ein anderes Zimmer mit Poolblick, das deutlich angenehmer war. Sie war während meines Aufenthalts die einzige Person, bei der ich mich als Gast wirklich ernst genommen fühlte.

Bereits am ersten Tag gab es Probleme im Restaurant. Mehrere Gerichte der Speisekarte waren nicht verfügbar. Der von mir bestellte Salat wurde ohne das auf der Karte angegebene Hähnchenfleisch und praktisch ohne Dressing serviert. Für den verlangten Preis empfand ich dies als nicht akzeptabel und habe das Gericht zurückgehen lassen.

Sehr störend fand ich außerdem die Organisation des Housekeepings. Mehrfach wurde lediglich kurz geklopft und kurz darauf die Tür geöffnet, um Handtücher ins Zimmer zu bringen. Dieses Vorgehen empfand ich als Eingriff in meine Privatsphäre.

La propreté excellente. On arrive à écouter le calme.bon coin de se reposer tout en exerçant des activités.

Cons:

Serviettes pour la piscine: il faut se déplacer et laisser 1 caution . Ça dérange.
Pour les jus au restaurant je propose de mettre des étiquettes sur les bouteilles pour différencier entre les types.
